Topeka REALLY NEEDS HELP. Hopefully you weren't as short staffed on Thanksgiving as you were the Monday after. Food was great except for the grits which tasted like they were prepared in a chemical bath! I have never in my life had grits that tasted bad, let alone AWFUL. Our new server was wonderful, and breakfast was excellent (grits being the only exception). This is a busy time of year so hopefully CB will hire more help.

Not a fan. It has been years since I have gone to cracker barrel. I now know and understand why it has been such a long break. We did have a party of eight people we did go in on a Saturday evening. They were only operating half of the available seating in the restaurant so you all had to be in contact with the other customers at tables close to you. The food is nothing to write home about. Would not go back up there to have an experience like being trapped in a sardine can with mediocre food. We had asked to be on two separate checks we got one and the people at the checkout were so confused that I just got mad and paid for the entire meal for everyone. I can understand staff shortages but you could at least open up the entire venue so you have room to breathe.

Zero stars. Waited an entire hour to get our food. They were out of most sides. They brought our biscuits after they had brought the food, we had to ask for a refill when the food was brought since the server didn't check on us for the whole hour we were waiting on our orders. Will not be coming back.

we waited nearly an hour to be seated for a 6 top, we said you could break it up into a 4 top and a 2 top and we could have been seated immediately. there was a huge waste of time discussing how to solve the problem, spending time walking back and forth, and spending time on personal phones from my standpoint. the plating and portion control of the meals was inconsistent and our food looked like it was microwaved left overs. my son got grilled chicken off of the kids menu and they brought out the smallest hunk of grilled chicken I had ever seen. the server did an exceptional job however, the only brightside in a huge timesuck of a dining experience.

Kid-friendliness: I had one easily identifiable kid and was not provided a kids menu

We had to wait to be seated even though they were not using the whole seating area. But the bonus to that was having conversations with others that we might not have had had we been seated promptly.

Wheelchair accessibility: Might be a bit difficult with all of the merchandise but not impossible.

Seemed like the food would have been better if cooked in a microwave, the first 3 items we ordered they were out of. The food was also slow to come out. Nothing like the quality it had years ago.

My husband and I stayed the evening in our RV and we're so thankful this location was so accommodating. We had a delicious dinner, shopped for our grandson and ate breakfast as well. The staff was great! Thank you Cracker Barrel!!!

Respectfully, this is a really weird location. You have to drive past an adult store to get here and the parking lot fits a dozen cars or so. I don't know. It feels forced but I'm thankful. Anyway, keep up the good work
