I ordered two blizzards online and the store did not receive the order. Upon proof of the order confirmation and receipt they refused to serve me my food. The manager advised i could come back in two days…?
I cant imagine a reason to not make two ice creams i was able to PROVE i paid for. Trash customer service

Everytime I order a strawberry shake from Dairy Queen it's ALWAYS pretty watered down and runny with a dull strawberry flavor. It's disappointing. My favorite is the Peanut Butter Parfait but with chocolate ice cream instead of regular vanilla, although it keeps getting higher in price at over $6, I think I'll stick to that, it's hard to mess that one up and at $6 they better not mess it up ?
Parking: All Dairy Queens that are in Topeka have a large area for parking, close to the building and free.
Wheelchair accessibility: The walk up windows are great for wheelchairs, there counters are just low enough and perfect.
