Went through the drive thru, and the young gal at the window was very nice & efficient. The food was very good for fast food & better than some not so fast food spots. Reminded me of what it was like in the 80s or 90s. Not sloppy, not stale. I have mostly only stopped at Dairy Queen for ice cream but it was so good on Friday, I went back on Saturday. Great job DQ!

Serving up half melted ice cream in slightly too small cups. Absolute disgusting food quality. Last time I went through the drive thru I went home and threw my blizzard directly into the trash. Half melted and leaking all over the cup.

Dairy Queen used to be my favorite place for ice cream. It is no longer. The sundae's, peanut buster parfaits and banana splits are about a third smaller than they were during the pandemic but the prices continue to climb. It is a complete ripoff. This location is constantly understaffed and it takes 10-15 minutes to get an ice cream dessert even when it's not during the lunch or dinner period. Like most fast-food places, DQ only cares about drive-up customers and gives the finger to people dining in. Total chaos and only three people "working". I will no longer visit this location because of the horrible service and overpriced food.

My family and I come here often for blizzards. My son and I order cookie dough with EXTRA cookie dough and there are maybe 10-12 pieces of cookie dough. I pay .79 extra for EXTRA and barely get any as it is. This isn’t just once or twice, this is every time we come here which is once to twice a month. Very disappointed in this Dairy Queen. We will be going to Sheridans from now on. They know how to give extra cookie dough when asked and paid.

When on national burger day and Did a mobile order but when picking it up had to give them the whole order and customizations all over again as like they couldn't even see the order other than my name, was pretty ridiculous and very time consuming, I know the people in the huge line behind us were not happy and were getting very agitated and some even looked furious! But what could I do . Not my fault I ordered and paid through the app. Shame on you Dairy Queen for trying to get us beat up! The food how ever was very good although the portion sizes were ridiculously small. I had and I kid you not 8 fries total in regular size fry that my meal deal included. They were not big fries either. Was maybe half the size of a happy meal fries order at Mcdonalds. Very lacking for the price. The ratio was off on their fountain drinks as well as both of our were very weak with very little syrup in them like they needed to change the syrup boxes because they were out and on 2 different flavors the cola and the rootbeer. Need some older more responsible folks worken in there with those kids that were there that night because they didn't seem to know what they were doing OR care either. Currently its Definitely not worth the price to go here .

Vegetarian options: Not any options that I seen

Parking: If they are busy you have to park at neighboring businesses or apartments. Hard to get in and out of lot due to their drive thru customers always being in the way, have had this problem everytime there

Kid-friendliness: Kids live the menu. Im sure of it!

Recommended dishes: Chicken Fingers, Original Cheeseburger

Punk kid working the drive thru called me a kiss a$$ because I told him thank you after he took my order . He must not of realized his mic was still on or thought I drove away from the intercom . But that’s completely uncalled for to be disrespectful when a person is being polite . Get some real workers Dairy Queen not these punk high school kids .
