First time ordering food and not just ice cream. I told them 3 times ketchup ONLY on my burger at the speaker. They proceeded to put pickles on the burger but also didn’t give me a receipt.I peeked and thought nothing else was on it so I drove home 17 mins away to find that the sandwich had pickles on it.The onion rings I got also were over cooked.

Despite being listed in the app they told us today they "don't do the app" and they don't take coupons. So that's annoying. But there are other Dairy Queens in town that do. But they need to contact corporate and tell them to take them off because it's frustrating.

First off I want to make it clear that I support young women and men working, but to leave a whole restaurant in the hands of what seem to be high schoolers just seems irresponsible, wreckless, and down right lazy Scott. I know that this Dairy Queen has rarely done promotions and it’s sad that this place has gone so down hill. Today is free cone day and I understand that not all Dairy Queen’s have to participate but the service still has to be up to standard regardless of the day I stood at the register for 20 min being looked at multiple times and not having any interaction with an actual employee and once a young lady finally decided she would help me I was just in shock and walked out I really hope Scott changes his way because to run a restaurant like this is unreal.

My family stopped by this DQ tonight for just 2 items. A strawberry cheese cane blizzard and a fudge sundae with extra fudge. There was no one in front of or behind us in the drive thru, and very few cars in the parking lot. So not busy at all.We waited in the drive thru, by the window, after ordering, for 8-10 minutes before anyone even came to take our payment.We could SEE our ice cream sitting at the window, just melting. While we could also SEE the employees just standing around or talking or running in circles without actually accomplishing anything.When we finally got it handed to us, my husband's was barely mixed and my sundae didn't have the extra fudge at all. ON TOP of them being nearly all melted. We were in a hurry, so we didn't turn around to fix it immediately.Then, I come to read reviews of this particular DQ (both on Yelp and Google) and all the owner seems to have to say is, "I'm sorry for a bad experience. We hope you will give us a try again." No incentive. No showing/telling that the issue would be resolved or dealt with. Just a statement to save face and make it seem like they care.I'll just pay extra for Coldstone's from now on. I don't want to support the DQs in this area at all, incase they are all owned by the same person. Absolutely ridiculous.

Drove from Texas for a cherry dipped cone(Kansas the only one with it)only to find out its been discontinued....so i got a plain cone.
This location has vastly improved! Excellent food and service. Courteous and honest employees.

Really impressed with this place. My son and I road our bikes there from across town and got there right as they closed. The manager was so nice he let us in and gave us what we wanted cause it was my sons bday. Most people wouldn’t do that.
When is this place ever open? Do you need a new management team or what? Every time we go there is a sign saying not enough staff so we are closed. What's going on?
