Normally I don't have any issues with this location and it's hard to make me have any issues since I understand what it's like to work in this type of industry. BUT, I went tonight & wanted to use my deal on my app buy 1 blizzard get 1 for 99 cents. I brought up the code and had it plus my card in hand for when I got to the window. The young lady entered in the code and said it wasn't accepting it, asked when the use by date was, & if I've already used it. The use by date was 05/28/2023 & I had never used it before so those weren't the issues. She tries putting it in again & it still isn't accepting it, & asks if there's a code she could scan on there. No big deal, I hit to go back so that she could get the code but the whole deal was no longer there, again no big deal, until she said there wasn't anything she could do, insinuating that I would have to pay full price for both. Could I yes, was I absolutely not! It wasn't my fault it didn't take the code & it definitely wasn't my fault that after she asked for the scan code, I went back to get it, & it was gone! Not one attempt was done to make it right at all. So no, I did not leave with them.
I've never been here when it's busy but when I have went NO COMPLAINING on anything...I usually have been in mid-afternoon

Coming home from running late errands, decided to stop for ice cream at DQ. Google said they were open until 10pm, arrived at 9:24. Open sign was on, drove around to order and was told they were closed. Saw a sign with new hours "close 9:30"I get you don't like last minute customers, but it is what you are there for...
