Hours say tell 10 pm and showed up at 9 and they said they close at 9 on holidays it is Halloween never heard anyone close earlier for Halloween because it not holiday. Kids still had school today so not a holiday.
We always get a ice cream from our Dairy Queen in north Topeka 💗 But today ,just now I tried to finished a Peanut Buster Parfait that I paid Xtra hot fudge for ,without the Xtra and the worse part was the Extreme Salt that was in the Fudge amount the Peanuts in Hot fudge !! THIS WAS SO DISGUSTING!!! I have never had that happen before !! Very disappointed ,to pay 7dollars for something so Disgusting!
North Topeka Location.
Well apparently they change the hours as they see fit. I pulled up to the drive thru at 10:10 PM on a Friday. When you look up thier hours for Friday it says Drive thru open till 11:00 and the menu lights are out and no one responding even though they are inside and have customers out front sitting down. The walk up window is closed even though they are just standing inside.
Love Dairy Queen, the service is fast the prices are affordable as well. The workers are very kind and funny too.
Love going here reminds me of my childhood in kck. Orange Julius at an old mall

Not the employees fault but DQ has increased costs to a ridiculous level. This is soft serve, not even ice cream--- a medium Blizzard is now over $6. Prices have increased by DQ to a point that many young families can't afford a summer outing for treats anymore. It makes more sense to buy a gallon of ice cream at the grocery store now-a-days.

The place would be nice, except the location means interactions with trashy people is almost inevitable. The girls working were both, I wouldn't say rude, but certainly indifferent. They offered no friendliness and mostly put off the vibe of being bothered that they had to work. The patio was dirty, and our cones lacked the signature Q, as well as being crooked. Overall, it wasn't terrible, but I was far from impressed with my visit. The location on 17th Street is far superior.

We went up to the window to order. The kid that helped us was obviously new, didn't know how to ring things up, etc. I ordered a chocolate Reese's peanut butter cup blizzard and my friend had a brownie confection. When he handed me my Blizzard it was not chocolate ice cream, so he had to remake it. I don't know if that upset him or what but I hardly got any Reese's in my Blizzard. Otherwise it was very good.

I’ve had awful service everytime I come here. I’ve had multiple rude encounters which sucks because it’s the only one close in north topeka.
We stood at the window to order for 10+ minutes, along with another group. No employees near the drive through window or the walk up window. 4 or 5 employees doing nothing in the back, on their phones. The other group knocked on the window to try to get them to come take orders. They still didn’t come up even though they clearly made eye contact.
Good DQ but when I arrived at 9:08pm they were closed! Website says they don't close until 10pm. What's up with that DQ?
