Yum Yum... Its cheaper to get a family pack..... Now after years of eating here i have to edit my review Came in Hungry, guy with thick glasses ignored me for a good 10 minutes seemingly hopeless cut his meat diligently but I dont think hi. And the rest of crew blank stares no greetings like you would expect somebody spent a million dollars an these clowns are oblivious to why I walked in the door Poor Service i hope they correct the problem I like to eat there! 7pm Friday night place is empty and I know why!

Yo, straight up, if you aren't trying to heat up the fire box and do the seasoning shuffle then it's pretty decent. The brisket had some smoke and it was unctuous as one would expect, hell it's brisket. I just ate it plain and it went down well and the salad was very nice. Good lads I saw in there that day, thank ya much. It was a tasty and balanced meal.
P.s. totally re-using that cup

Let’s get straight to the point—Dickey’s absolutely surprised me tonight. First off, the staff. Quick. Friendly. these guys knew what they were doing, and they did it with a smile. Great!
Now, the food. The brisket, it was good. Moist, tender, cut beautifully. The flavor was spot-on. If I’m being honest, I’d have preferred a touch more smokiness—that’s just me, I like that deep, bold punch—but let’s be clear: that’s a matter of preference, not a mistake in execution. The brisket was still top quality.
But the real star? The chicken. Shocked me! Moist, juicy, bursting with flavor. Chicken breast at a barbecue joint is usually a gamble—it’s dry, it’s bland, it’s a darn disaster nine times out of ten. Not here. This was, without exaggeration, the most succulent chicken breast I’ve had from a barbecue restaurant in the past decade. Absolutely nailed it.
Look, I’ve been to Dickey’s before and walked out thinking, “eh, decent, nothing special.” But this time? This was by far my best experience at Dickey’s Barbecue. No question. They’ve raised the bar, and if they keep serving chicken and brisket like that, they’ll have people coming back again and again.
Well done, Dickey’s. You darn earned it.

Dickeys is one of my favorite stops in North Topeka. Great BBQ! The cheddar jalapeno sausage is my favorite.

Maybe the lady at the drive thru was having a bad night, but got our order wrong after it was repeated 3 times, didn’t get 2 of the sides I ordered. Was pretty rude on too.

My husband and I ate here on our trip to Colorado on the motorcycle. It was hot and very good. Brisket and hands cut fries were amazing. Wish we lived closer .

Service was fine. The meat was fatty and very greasy. BBQ sauce was runny
