I have not had Dickeys in years…so I seen Topeka had a location and I drive 25 min to eat. The food has really went down hill. Beans are lacking the BBQ. Okra was crispy on outside but not cooked on inside. Meat does not taste the same and they might as well not even give you bread cause it tasted cheap and stale. Never again!

I love this bbq!! My honey had never been to a Dickeys BBQ before, and I recommended we try it, he absolutely loved it and I did as well! The 2 ladies there were so friendly and helpful we really enjoyed our lunch!!

Today, I ordered a pickup lunch, specifying two potatoes with pulled pork and one with chicken, along with ribs, sides, and beverages. Upon arrival, all potatoes had pulled pork. The Topeka location staff member I contacted denied the error, insisting the topping was chicken. He demanded the entire meal be returned for inspection and refused to rectify the issue. The attached image highlights the mistake, as chicken is sliced and pulled pork is in chunks. The representative's behavior was remarkably rude and unprofessional.
First time to this location & probably the last. I went at lunchtime. Most of the tables were dirty. Even though my table looked clean, it was sticky and I know why. I saw that lady cleaning was using same towel & just wiping and wiping without turning towel over or using any kind cleaner. It was just smearing the grease & stickiness. I could see it. Disgusting. Gross.
The soda syrup is not calibrated correctly & sodas tasted yucky. Waste of money buying a soda.
Ice cream was off too. I’ve never been to a Dickey’s where the ice cream didn’t taste like ice cream. This was all melty & not holding its form.
My sandwich was ok. I would’ve liked it better if it was warm. I had one sliver of onion on my sandwich. Why bother?
It was difficult getting paper towel from roll because no one had started it. I was trying to get it going & it was just tearing all up.
At this location, you have to ask for the onions & pickles. You have to be served them.
I have always liked thr bbq sauce at Dickey’s. At least this was the same.

I got a chance to stop in the other day and that turned out to be a wise decision ... The three rib combo I ordered came with coleslaw and a big yellow cup ... The meat is fall off the bone excellent and the service is perfect ... This place offers a large menu that I can't wait to explore further ... Great food for a reasonable price await You...

My opinion should be "0"Zero stars on food and drive up employees. The last 4 visits the pulled pork is dried out hard scraps of mystery meat. The BBQ sauce was like flavored water. After getting LG orders of fries and okra for$7.00 that was burned up beyond being able to eat I ask them not to burn my stuff up to the manager but still didn't listen. Managers claim to not have any knowledge of their internet app.my debit card was locked up 3-days due to their mistakes order total was $48.00. Not risking a 5th visit.

Food is pretty good for a chain, the ribs have good flavor and the fries are tasty. Brisket has good flavor and the bbq sauces are good. Ordered a cookie as well and was most disappointed in it, was only three chocolate chips in the whole chocolate chip cookie and flavor wasn’t amazing. Generally fast service.
