First time here. Came with our family. They were so patient and helpful. Explained everything to us. Very friendly. Food was amazing. We were shocked at how cheap it was. Great value. Will definitely be back next time we are in Topeka visiting family.

Food is always seems to be pretty good, I wish it was a little hotter temperature wise sometimes, I mean it is always warm but not hot when you get it. Love the kids eat free Sundays, that is what gets us in the door. The guy cutting the meat has been there for quite a few years and has always been great and super nice. The ice cream is always good, and it is a great incentive for the kids to finish their meal before getting ice cream.
Haven't had Dickey's in a while but went through the drive thru tonight. Not very impressive at all. The french fries were burnt, half of my brisket was just fat, the turkey tasted like processed lunch meat, and none of the food was very hot. On top of that the portions were small.

My husband ordered our food to go and he picked it up. We both ordered brisket plates. My husband ordered fries and baked beans for his sides. I had Ceasars salad and potato salad for my sides. The brisket was full of fat! At least 50% of my meat was not edible. My husband's was better at 25% fat. The salad was made up of 80% old brown lettuce. I couldn't eat it. The potato salad lacked flavor and was dry. The bread was good and my husband's sides were good. I am so disappointed in Dickey's for serving us inferior food.

I ordered traditional wings with no sauce, potato salad and coleslaw.The wings made the top 5 of my favorites in the country so far. Perfectly cooked, seasoned and meaty. Excellent.The potato salad AND coleslaw were also delicious. Not common for me to like how both are prepared from the same venue.My thanks and appreciation to those involved in the preparation and service required to making that meal as good as it was.Cheers!

It was quiet when I went. Dickeys makes consistently good Barbecue, every place I've encountered them. Love their onion strings and big stuffed baked potatoes! Love their pulled pork and also brisket sandwiches.
58.47 I wanted my brisket may way. With the burnt ends and fat not chopped. Good dickeys offer first come first serve but I wanted it slice a certain way. Now I got to eat chunky chopped bulky brisket. No flavor without the fat. You gotta be a pitmaster. As if I had fellow customers annoyed with contempt I paid 58.47.

Ordered online, gave you tracking option to track your food , didn’t even work.Get to store to pick up most employees out back smoking by the drive thru.My food was cold and the ribs were burnt and crisp, the baked beans had to much pepper in them, I asked for dinner rolls I got non toasted Texas toast no butter nothing, on top of all this I would not pay 50 bucks for what I got ! Dickeys has definitely gone down hill.

The only thing drier than their brisket is the Sahara. Their coleslaw comes in 3rd with their brisket and the aforementioned desert. Just short of unseasoned chopped cabbage.I don't know if it's long hours or the corporate environment but everyone there always seems PO'ed about something.I hadn't been in for a couple years because the last time I was here it was as bad as this time. Good to see we are maintaining the standard I guess.

DICKEYS WAS OUR GO TO BBQ TAKEOUT PLACE. We are seniors and share the three meat platter but tonighted i wanted extra turkey so this time I chose brisket and then ribs for two of the meats and also ordered half pound of turkey thinking we would have plenty left for a couple sandwiches tomorrow. As I was waiting i thought I would treat my dog that was along for the ride and asked if they'd sell 1 single rib and was told it would be 2.00 but then the manager refused to sell just one rib. No biggie , so on the ride home I slipped my pup one .Unfortunately when i got home i gave my hysband his two ribs only to realize the rib I'd saved for myself had no meat on it. If that wasn't bad enough the extra half pound of turkey i ordered didn't get us any more turkey than if I'd just ordered it as one of the three meats, so basically tonight's meal was almost 9 bucks extra for one extra rib. Next time I want BBQ to go we will have try someplace else.
