I requested my pizza be cooked to well done and when i got home it wasn't done. I have to put slices in the airfryer to finish cooking. I am not happy about it

Service is terrible here. Waited an hour on one large pizza, on a Monday at 8pm. Not to mention they got the pizza wrong. Have had multiple issues with this store in the past, getting orders incorrect, not being ready on time, but it has never been this horrible. Will not be going back to this location. Offered to compensate something then said, they’re not able to do that since it was an online order.
