Waited in line for over 30 minutes and couldn’t leave so had to wait till line moved to be able to leave.

This place is ALWAYS understaffed. They have two drive thru lanes but only use one. I waited 7 minutes just to place my order at the speaker. They do not seem capable of taking and making orders simultaneously.

Save your time! Drive thru alone takes 25 minutes, you finally get to the speaker and it's another 15 for a worker to take your order. Plus the other 10 waiting on your food.

Went to order took 15 minutes to place the order even though we were the first in line. Ordered the chorizo and egg wrap and got a roasted chicken and pepper wrap. The girl helping us was nice but had to put her older coworker in place for having an inappropriate conversation in front of her and us

I wanted to share my experience about this particular Dunkin donuts store. Staff was the best! Very accommodating, professional and felt welcomed. On a hot summer day this prepared miracle happened and loved each and every precious bite!!!! Warm, soft and a touch buttery flakey perfection! LOVE IT! I wish this store had a lobby as it's the only thing missing. I will be back!!!!

I was looking for something specific on the menu board that I would order when out of state. But unfortunately, they did not have it!
Also unfortunate, I still had to wait and go through the line because the drive thru is made to entrap you!

Before I begin firing shots across the bow, I'd first like to ask, who's at fault here? Mngrs? Traninee's ? Or poor work ethic? I had visited 3 times in no peak hours, and ordered a decaf iced coffee, only to be denied when I didn't push. One time after being denied my drink, I asked If you had decaf coffee, and then if you had ice, and both questions were answered with a yes, so continuing, I asked why am I now denied a decaf iced coffee? After which I had to instruct the employee on how to make a decaf coffee, and was supplemented with one. Thinking I had taught an employee on how to fix this , I returned again, and was denied again, for the same reason being stated that you were out of decaf iced coffee. Now please elaborate. Please and thank you.
And for stupid peoples sake, what I mean by "firing shots across the bow", doesn't mean I'm going to shoot the place up, i'm just letting the company know, that this will stay here, given a legit explanation.
