So far everyone of my door dash orders have been wrong gotten extra items or eggs get put on my sandwiches when I tell them NO EGG.

What if I was someone that was deathly allergic to eggs? When an order says NO EGG, leave the egg off.

The girl was polite. But my sandwich had clearly been sitting for a while. It was cold and mushy. My coffee is mediocre. And the 25 munchkins i ordered and paid for only came with 10. In a hurry so I can't go back and wait another 35 minutes in line.

Arrived for a DoorDash order. There was a Dunkin Semi blocking the entire parking lot along with a line of cars in drive through that weren’t being helped. I followed the line of cars into the drive through because of the traffic coming out of the drive through left no space for me to park. After waiting for an unacceptable amount of time in silence in the drive through they directed me to park in the parking lot. I explained my situation and they just ignored me. I then stood in the 40 degree weather in the rain with no assistance and waited for 20+ minutes.

WORST DUNKIN EVER!
I should have never made the mistake to order here after they messed up our food before but my family wanted donuts so I caved. We ordered a dozen donuts and only got one right. They never answer when called to explain that nothing was right.

Didn't get any food waited for 20 min behind a car the car in the other lane was there about as long. Overheard the conversation of the car ahead of is and them being told we don't have it then the employee say sorry we can't help you after 20 min. We pulled up, the employees dealt with the other lane with took 8 min they then pulled forward. We waited for 15 more min nobody answered us the entire time by now more cars had pulled in so we couldn't back up so we pulled forward to leave to be stopped by the car that had been in the other lane that was still waiting for their order we had to wait another ten min to wait for them to leave so we could leave. To get the finger by the woman in the windows when we didn't stop at the windows. Worst store worst staff tried calling corporate was on hold for 30 min. Told they would save my place in que and call my cell back never happened. I Grew up in Jersey with a Dunkin Doughnuts on every corner never treated like this. DO NOT GO HERE! let them go out of business!!!

I will NEVER come back. They mispronounced my name TWICE, after me saying it to them then correcting them. The hash brown were soggy, I waited what felt like 5 minutes for drinks that were directly in front of them already made…. I understand the service industry can be ROUGH as someone who has worked in it most of her career. When a customer tells you how to say their name don’t add extra letters to it 😐TWICE

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts Ever. I have been waiting in line for more than 20 minutes. The line has not moved in fivteen minutes. I think maybe everyone inside working at Dunkin’ Donuts is gone And they have left me trapped in this line with no way to get out. And they took their phone off the hook. Unbelievable, terrible terrible terrible customer service. It’s not fast food if you take 30 minutes to get your food!

Waited in line for 45 min was only about 8 cars ahead of me idk what there doing in there but everytime I go there its a long wait and once in the line there is no getting out so ur forced to wait

The service at this location is in decline. The workers I've met are fine, but the service really takes a hit when you've only got one employee doing everything in there making a quick mobile order take 15-20 minutes with a line. I know this has got to be corporate greed running things so freaking tight. Do better Dunkin. I really like your coffee, but I guess I'll start going to Scooters more since they are properly staffed.

9/4/2025 The service was way faster than my last visit, but the food was awful. The potatoes were soggy like they were microwaved and had a hint of cleaning solution smell.

It took 20 minutes to get a latte and bagel bites.

This Dunkin doughnuts on 1500 Sw 6th street, Topeka Ks evening manager is a racist. I took my daughter here before her shift at 630 pm he answers the intercom by just say dunkin nothing else we proceed to order and he acts like he has no clue what she is ordering. Proceeds to tell us to pull around to the window didn't give us a total or anything soon as he sees its to black women he opens the window and says I have the right to refuse service to anyone, shuts the window and walks away. Let me not say manager I'll just say employee he had no other reason for refusing service except for our skin color. Smdh don't spend your money here cause this needs to stop people need to be held accountable for these type of actions.
