I love the chicky
Update: Two years later and I've never been back. The mall is also folding up.Ordered chicken and shrimp with vegetables and they didn’t put vegetables on. I told them that I’d asked the girl for vegetables (she’d gone to the back room it was just two male employees). They said I hadn’t ordered vegetables and didn’t offer to remedy the situation. As far as I know vegetables don’t cost extra so there’s no reason for not offering to put the vegetables in a separate container. He insisted that I’d said no vegetables but he didn’t even take our order. Poorest customer service ever. Never going back. It’s vegetables and not worth arguing over. Not sure if he’s the owner but he was a real tool.
Can't beat their teriyaki chicken. Tons of delicious food!
I don’t know what happen, but this place really disappoints. They are skimping in food. Waited a long time. I watched two people fight over how much to serve. I saw the one took 25 percent of my meat and put it back after to be served. Then chef tried to put overcooked chicken in the hole to discard and the other put it back mixed chicken. Everyone else’s before was served much more food and it wan’t double meat. If you pay between $8.00 to 11.00 a plate you expects more food. It not worth going back anymore:(
While the food is excellent; the customer service leaves something to bedesired.while taking my order the staff and owner were more interested in lookin on their phones for a sign than taking my order. Provide better service to increase your returning cistomers.
The food is good but the service isnt. Employees are not very friendly and its always a long wait. Will not be spending anymore money here.
loved this place forever sometimes skimpy with extra chicken but it's still great food at a great price!
I always came here but it seems like theyre giving you old left over
It takes awhile but the food is worth it.
So unfortunately I had a horrible experience here. I arrive at opening ask if they are ready to serve. Most employees say they are waiting on the sauce to be prepped. The older gentleman behind the counter insists he will have it ready in time. So I order my food. About 40 minutes later the sauce is ready and my chicken and rice had been sitting there in waiting for at least 30 minutes. When they do finally get my food finished they forget about my Maki Rolls I ordered and I wait another 5 minutes for that. After this whole wait. No apologies for time no mention whatsoever. Just give me my food and continue like this is normal for them. I've ate here before and really enjoyed it. But this time was the second time I was frustrated with the service. This place has great food at peak hours. But there's a long wait. I'm just not sure it's worth it anymore.

I love the food but we were the only ones in line and it took 15 minutes before we got our food for 2 people, we share a double meat 1 meal. That's rediculous!!!
Ask for extra sauce and got a dirty look and the sauce was very thick. Not like it was when first opened.
I worked there when I was 15. I was treated horribly and was only allowed 1 bathroom break during my 8 hour shift. While being 15 I had worked around 40 hours, and at times double shifts without a break due to Mario (my boss) going to a bar and passing out from intoxication. There was multiple times when Tanisha (Mario's wife/other boss) would go to the restroom for around 20-30 mom and come back with white substance around her nose. There was a point in time when I was starting on register that she had made me cry because instead of showing me how to work it, she laughed at me and continued to repeat how horrible I was doing. And to comment about the sanitation of the place, you will find it more horrifying than my personal abuse. The teriyaki was made in a trashcan with a broken broom handle, there's black mold on the walls, there once was a nest of cockroaches on the meat cutter, and a horrible smell from the drain when the sinks were being used. Sometimes the grease from the grease traps above the grill would drip in the food on the makeline, and Mario would intentionly ignore these health hazards. They would even buy coke and marijuana from a co-worker. And there was a point in time when they were being sued for taking money out of one of their employees checks, but only in the end to pay that employee $900 not to, knowing that they were guilty. After I had left their establishment Tanisha had continued to harrass me when I would walk by, along with going as far as pointing and laughing at me when I was in view. Keep this in mind, present and future, customers and employees.
Horrible service, waited 20 min. For two meals. Cook demanded receipts for meals saying goes she didn't believe what we ordered.
Me and my mother went there and ordered the chicken and shrimp teriyaki with fried rice. First off the food: the chicken was great. Flavorful and tender. The shrimp my mom had she said was not good. I didn't eat any. The fried rice was put under the chicken/shrimp and therefore the sause soaked into it. Not the best. Now for the workers. There was an olderan and a young man. The youngan was good and did a good job cooking. The olderan was rude when taking the order and then shoved the kid away like he was doing a bad job. Poor management and sub-par food. Never going here again. No wonder there was no line.
