Although the chicken and pork were both satisfactory, although not amazing, the reason for the single star is that upon tasting any soup of theirs I came to the shocking reality that it smelled of bleach and tasted of chlorine. Frankly I haven't returned since and won't, and whether it's a regular occurrence or not I would suggest avoiding that risk

The food is stellar but as the months pass the place is gets dirtier and slimier. I am shocked a health inspector hasn't shut this place down. its a shame though because the food is truly amazing.

Nice selection of foods. We went around 3pm and everything was mostly full and hot. Prices are amazing for the selection. Service was good too. I'm not from Topeka, but I would definitely visit again! It was "happy hour" and our entire bill was $30.06 for 2 adults and 2 teens! You can't beat that! Many say it wants clean, but it was clean. I think it's just that the building itself is old.

With all the urban renewal going on downtown I surely hope they make it further down the block to this location. This building is in sad shape inside and out. From the water stained tiles on the ceiling to the leaking plumbing in the restrooms.The floors need a serious scrubbing, the tables are sticky the walls are greasy and most of the surfaces could be replaced.The food ranges from Luke warm to cold, most of which was dried out which means it was sitting there for some time. Sushi options were menial, soup was not appealing with no broth offerings and seafood needs better cleaning before cooked. I did not try the desserts as there was a film on them.The entire place needs an overhaul.

Walked in on a Sunday evening at 7:30pm. Had the Chinese buffet. It is now 4pm on Monday the next day, and my husband is still suffering nausea, aches, and vomiting from the debilitating food poisoning. I DO NOT recommend this place.

I got two to-go buffets and it was very good food and very reasonably priced. They seem to be in an area that doesn't do well for a dinner crowd so don't forget to support your local businesses that aren't on the west side!
