The first sandwich artist is rude, if you ask him to do anything, he just stares at you. The rest of them do what you ask but don't look at you or acknowledge you at all. But the food is great!

When I walked in I was greeted & told about the Wednesday special. This store is cleaner, had more than adequate food and toppings on sandwich & the staff is friendlier than the other store on 21st. Even though I live on 29th St, I'll be going to the North store.

Rational Consumer

Not good. Sandwich was pretty bland, bread was dry. I was told if I wanted pasta I would need to take it from the ‘to go’ fridge and heat it in the microwave myself. Ice from self serve drink station had black flecks in it- likely mold. Ended up throwing away most of my meal.

Usually I'm happy with goodcents but tonight wasn't a good one. Told them I was allergic to tuna and not to cut my sandwich. Paid for it and realized they had cut my sandwich. I asked for a refund because I don't know if they used the knife to cut tuna sandwich before mine. They tried to give me a card for a free sandwich but I wanted my money back because I was going to go to McDonald's. They refused to give me my money back and offered to make me another one. Once you mess up my order concerns over anaphylaxis fish/shellfish allergy I don't trust you to make my food. She threw my sandwich in the trash and refused to refund my money. I was told she was new, I understand but if I inform you of a life threatening issue and you cut my sandwich any way. Person in charge that did this said she was the owner. I won't go back, nor will I ever eat at any other goodcents.Dietary restrictions: Lack of concern for your health issues as a paying customer.
