Whoever managers this place needs to hire more people. Going through the drive thru means a 20 minute wait at a minimum. I've watched 3 cars give up and leave after getting tired of waiting for so long. It's been like this the lady 2 times I went and now I definitely won't be back.

Ordered ahead online. 20 mins later when food was supposed to be ready, it hadn't even been started when I arrived for PU. At least 4 people were working. What's the point of ordering ahead if I still had to wait another 10 mins for my food?

Took my granddaughter for lunch there. We were served promptly and the guy working, Jesse, was very patient and polite as we were undecided on their order. She now wants to make that our official lunch spot if he's working every visit!
Jesse took care of me and I have always hated goodcents but it was actually really good and I would definitely come back

I went through the drive-thru which normally I don't, but I am not feeling well. I asked for mayo packets and didn't get any. To top it off I asked for standard dress and when I got my sandwich it had pepperchini and black olives on it. What is the point of telling them what you want on the sandwich if they are just going to put what they want on it. For as much as it costs for a sandwich, you would expect it to made right. I guess it is my fault for not going inside. Very disappointed.

Even though they were very busy with customer appreciation day, the staff and service were amazing! They were friendly and fast but we didn’t feel like we were being rushed out the door. This was a welcome change from previous visits to Goodcents and I know we will be back soon!
