My to-go order was missing a side of hashbrowns. When I called to let them the restaurant know, they told me there would be a note placed at the register, and I would be able to get a side of hashbrowns (that I have already paid for) with my next order to correct the mistake. When I went to place a new to-go order, I was told I needed to pay pay for my side of hashbrowns. Wonderful service, fantastic food, generous portion sizes. Best biscuits I’ve had in Kansas (I’m from the south) and almost requested another batch to take home. It felt like an insult to not finish all my food! But like I said, the portion sizes are VERY generous, especially for the price.
The servers/hostess are so so kind! I so impressed by the customer service.
