We’ve had two GREAT dining experiences lately at Ichabod’s Grille! The food is delicious, great quality, well seasoned, large portions, and served hot! Our servers have been excellent each time, too. It’s been nice to have a local place that serves consistently good food! We just moved to Topeka, and so far Ichabod’s is one of our favorite places to eat!! They also have a great gluten free menu, and were very accommodating for our celiac guest on our last visit.
Although I really liked the atmosphere & the waitresses were kind, I can only give a three star review. Don’t get me wrong, the restaurant was clean & we got our order without a long wait. I ordered nachos and my son ordered a dbl burger w/fries. He liked his order. Although there was no specialties among the burgers offered to support a $15 price. My order was good but truly not nearly enough cheese sauce on my nachos ($10), plus I was surprised to have to pay $3-4...
Been there a couple times, the food and service was fair. However, for what you got it is a bit pricey. Then I never was offered any refills for my overpriced cola that was mostly ice. I would go back if that is where my friends wanted to pick, but it wouldn't be my choice.
