I just tried their Boston Cream doughnut. Maybe it was just the fact that it was 7am in the morning, but that was the softest, freshest doughnut that I've had in years! It was really good. I would come back and bring my family for sure!

Since moving to the area in 2014, I have tried so many donut places within easy driving distance: Varsity and Paradise donuts in Manhattan, Donut Palace in Wamego recently. But Holy Moly Donuts is hands down the best in the area. We called in an order for our son’s birthday the day before, and they were so great to work with. These donuts practically melt in your mouth and the flavors are spot on. I knew this place was going to be good when there was a line wrapping around the building when we arrived. It is definitely worth the wait!

I've only had the opportunity to try this once, and the kolache and donut were delicious. I'd be here every Tuesday because that's when I'm in this area of town, but they're not open on Tuesdays, which is why I've only been once. It's also why I docked a star. Weird hours have been the downfall of too many small businesses, and I want this one to stick around. I'd love to support it more, but we don't keep the same hours.

Holy Moly Doughnuts is such a treat for Topeka. It is a drive-thru donut shop; there isn't any place to sit inside. These donuts are extremely fluffy with an amazing variety of options (as long as you get there early-ish). Our family's favorites include the donut holes, blueberry fritter, milk bar, and oreo topped ring donut.
