We love the wings but we just found out the original sauce has been replaced. The new sauce is not the same and not good. It’s actually a strange color and only tastes of butter. It is pretty unsavory. Bring back the original sauce. Your company likely relies on this sauce for success. These wings have always had the original hot sauce. Not a good decision to change this recipe. I’m pretty sure the original sauce was the reason for the wing success of Hooters.
Our service was amazing and the beer was cold. Just please don’t change the sauce.

I had a good time here, but was surprised at the low level of service tonight. Only two girls working with a 50% full crowd caused another girl not in typical uniform to have to come out and help. Still, I had to physically flag down our waitress when we needed drink refills as they were strapped for time. This used to be a place where the girls were encouraged to pause and visit (flirt?) at tables, but there was no time for that. Food was still good, but nothing to write home about. They need to study the menu at Twin Peaks and adapt.

Waited 22mins. to have drink order taken.. 'weren't busy' no check to see how meal was going... finished drink and n check to see if I wanted another.. worst experience ever at a hooters. Gift area was poorly/severely under-stocked.

This place is a lot of fun. We forgot how good the food was. And our server was excellent. We walked away very satisfied, oh yeah that blue drink was excellent.(Blue hooterade)

Ordered 130 dollars worth of food from this location, through the website. Food was supposed to be delivered at 10:35, said it was delivered at 10:37 through Uber and nothing was shown through my ring camera, and nothing was on my porch. The manager who was working at this location on today’s date (09/28/2025) was very rude. It was a male who I was transferred too, told me that it wasn’t his problem and out of his hands, and I had to contact DoorDash (even though it said Uber) because it was a third party delivery, even though it was through the Hooters website. He wouldn’t let me explain and continued to cut me off, with a very rude demeanor and kept repeating him self, and then tried to tell me it showed on his end it was for Pickup. Even though Hooters’ automated system sent me messages with updates and links on how to track my order. Do not recommend ever ordering take out from this location.

I come into the Topeka Hooters often, and the reason I keep coming back is simple — I’m always greeted and seated right away, and the staff here knows how to make you feel welcome. Tonight was another great example. My server, Kali, was absolutely on her A-game. She had a cold beer in front of me like she could read my mind — service like that is hard to find anywhere.
On top of that, the manager Chad was making the rounds and creating a fun, upbeat atmosphere the entire night. You can tell he really cares about the customer experience and keeps the energy positive.
This is exactly why I keep choosing this Hooters. The food and drinks are always solid, but it’s the staff that makes it feel like home. When you can walk into a place, get taken care of immediately, and feel like you belong, that’s Kali and Chad really made it another five-star visit. I’ll be back again . Never get rid of that girl !! She is the best !! 😀

The bartender spent the evening watching a TV show instead of engaging with customers, and it seemed like the manager on duty allowed it. Unfortunately, this really stood out compared to the otherwise positive experiences I’ve had here. I also brought my concerns to the manger.

This place has gone down hill! Even the wings suck now! Not only do the waitresses NOT bring you your food or drinks (because they are on their phones or gabbing w ea other) but now, they've cut way back on all the great flavors they had for wings! But the wings are always old, dried out & not good anymore anyway. There's a reason there's hardly anyone there anymore. Because the food is as bad as the service! AND WAY over prices on top of that with watered down drinks. We definitely won't be back!
