We brought our kids from out of town there, and I asked could we please sit in the corner room, for a bit of privacy. We were told sorry there’s not enough you have to have eight people min to sit there? Really seven won't work, you are kidding. No, ok so we get our food and as I pass that table I see food and drinks from other restaurants, I m thinking as a restaurant manager, I would never have that, then a waitress who is pregnant comes out with drinks for a table and then sits there, so not it’s a break room? Really so you will lose customers for what. we use to bring our grown kids there every few months but that and almost 200. Bill changed our minds, your loss hu hut. I see now why it was not so busy. Good luck.

We like a good HuHot stop from time to time when we feel like mixing things up a little and making our own food choices based on diet. They have a good selection of sauces and more meats on certain days. If you join the rewards program you get a free meal if you bring someone else on the month of your birthday

Food and service were great. Place is dirty and nasty! Dust and grease all every surface. Look into kitchen and see horrible filthy kitchen with prep tables crusted with food. OMG! Nasty!!!

The food was great. I love all the combinations you can create!But what I want to talk about here is the service. This place is buffet style, but our server Annika was on top of keeping our drinks full, our plates cleared, and keeping smiles on our faces. I don't often encounter servers who actually care if their guests are enjoying themselves or not, so having Annika as our server was an absolute treat!Definitely recommend!Vegetarian options: While they do cook everything on the same grill, if you tell them you have a food allergy, or an aversion to having your food cooked where meat has also been cooked, they will clear a spot on the grill and section it off with spatulas so that there is no crossover between your dish and others.Parking: Plenty of space since it is in a strip mall with a large parking lot.

I got something on plate rotten taste, I called the server and notify the situation but the manager was real as***le, did not admit it, left me without any solution, He seems like he doesnt care about customers and his restaurant, Sorry to say this place is unsanitized, most of food items was contaminated.

This facility has seen better days. They facility has a horrible smell probably due to years of the carpet soaking up food. It needs a face lift. They staff are over worked. There are not enough staff to keep everything clean. The food and sauce bar were a complete mess. If you're the manager, do better and clean your restaurant.
