Food was not as ordered and when we told our server she did not offer to fix it or reduce our bill. She was not attentive and did not listen to our food requests. My husband asked for a small cup of ice, this had to be done more than once. I requested lots of butter and blueberry syrup, she brought additional maple syrup which was already on the table. She didnt ask or refill my soda. When she used the tablet to run our cc, she had the suggested tip on 22%. We tip well above standard and like to pay for tips in cash, when we have decent servers. She was NOT worth 22%. There was not an option on the tablet for a 10% or custom tip. That is what she should have received.
