Almost 20 min to even take our drink orders. Waited an hour to actually receive our burnt, cold and incorrect food. Asked for a refill of water and waited 15 min.

It took an hour to get our food we ordered the Colorado omelette and breakfast burrito. It wasn't busy at 3 am. The waitress stated that they had a trainee earlier that day that had messed up orders for the cook and that they were still behind she explained to us that the shift manager wouldn't answer her phone to approve a discount. So we got stuck with the full amount.

I didn't think any establishment could top the Denny's down the street for worst restaurant in the city, but these people certainly accomplished that. I waited nearly an hour in an empty restaurant for a burger and fries, only to watch literally everyone who walked in after me get served before me, and to receive an order that had clearly been sitting for almost as long as I had been. Manager didn't care. Ihop corporate hasn't even bothered to respond to my complaint more than a week later. Envista was quick to return my money in the dispute, though.

Everybody ?'s IHop. I was waiting on a buddy to get out of CSL. He gave me a few bucks to wait on him at Ihop. He didn't have to, I was already headed over there. I ordered an omelet and hash browns, they were great.
I honestly have never not tipped in my life. Tonight was a first. That is how bad it was. It took us 20 minutes to get our orders taken then about an hour to receive burnt pancakes, COLD mac n cheese, unwashed salad. We were not once checked on. Only saw the server when she brought out the food. And only brought out half of our order and walked off without a word. Then a minute or two later actually brought out the rest of our cold order. This was supposed to be a fun family dinner but turned out to be a cold and sad disappointment. Also we were the only table for most of our time there. Then one other family with kids came in. That's it, they had 2 servers but it was still just not good at all.

The cook forgot items on the tables order which the server made right for us. Also, they had no hashbrowns and the waffle maker isnt working per our server. Disapointing to me as my usual order is a waffle with peanut butter and hashbrowns.

i don't know how this ihop is still in service to be honest. first we came in and sat down for 30 minutes until someone from are table spoke up and said do we have a waiter but the waitress ignored her. then we ordered are food and it got there missing items so we told the waitress again and she completely ignore her so we asked for manger and her excuse was we just opened so were kinda slow atm would not recommend coming in morning time.
