I just came in and had the best service I've had at this ihop a young lady named Marisol was my waitress never had to ask for som she always knew when to bring it that's what I call good service also food was delicious.

The server was so bad she didn't even notice my family and she was rude and the food was even bad none of us even ate terrible would no recommend unless you want food poisoning.

Called Ihop on 29th Topeka Blvd in Kansas stated that my omelette was suppose to have spinach and was missing item I told manager I was bringing the item back so the manager took my food to the back that I brought back to store and was putting her hands all in my food and then brought it out in a to go bag with a separate spinach item with the cold omelette that I brought back up to store and told me she is not fixing me another omelette I said that is not sanitary u been back there touching all in my food and I just want my order correct and give u the incorrect item back the Manger Jackie told me to leave all because Im come back to ask u to correct my order Im about to leave I need to talk with Corporate or the Owners or someone that can help me solve this problem and if the Manager could call them while Im at the store. Never experienced anything like this in my life.

I use to come in at least once a week. Here lately I have stopped and just only maybe once a month..In the evenings there is a lot of standing around talking, playing on phones or just hanging out in the kitchen talking..Was there at 4:25.pm seated immediately. Waited at least 15 minutes for the server. The rest were standing around smoking outside or on phones giggling and chit chatting..To many young ones more interested in socializing than working..sad for you have not been open that long. Wait staff should be not just socializing and be attentive to customers..

Don’t come here unless you want to wait 45 mins for your food just for it to come out wrong and cold. Server had a very bad attitude. Food came out in waves instead of all together. Like i said before, it was all wrong. They got my food wrong 3 times before i just said screw it and ate. 0/5. Wouldn’t Recommend.

Found plastic in my food (mind you i ordered of the kids menu), i tired giving them the benefit of the doubt but whichever lady gave us a call when I left a comment was rude and so unprofessional. They said that they would only do a partial refund. Which I am not satisfied with. Wasted time and money here. Don’t recommend.
Sat there for an hour for the food to come out. When the food did come out, half of food was burnt. Took forever to make food because of one cook and our waitress had to help make our food. Manager needs to train his employees correctly before throwing them on their own.

I don't support those that don't support our military and this location unfortunately doesn't support our veterans. However the one on wannamaker offers military discount. Even if it's 3 dollars off, it shows me a 2 way street of respect and it saddens me that this location doesn't care enough for our troops to offer them practically a tax free meal.
