The food was good - I wish the Garlic Parmesean wings would've had more sauce though. Unless you want an overpriced drink, don't bother with the combo, because the "just wings" comes with fries too.
Being inside Chili's is confusing, because unless you call, you don't know that, and the recorded message gives incorrect pick-up instructions. You will need to park in the Chili's To-Go area and go in to get your order. They don't have their own parking, and no one brings your order out.
Parking: Parking is confusing, because if you listen to the recorded message, it tells you to "park in the It's Just Wings to-go parking and someone will bring your order out". This is not true. You need to park in the Chili's to-go spots and go inside - no one comes out to bring you your order.

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

I ordered door dash from here, I do think it's getting a lot of unnecessary hate but it's far from the best, they are skimpy with their sauce and the fries could've been a lot better. The cookie was also a little tough too, But everything tasted above average, except the fries...id put those at like a 2am McDonald's run level of bad at best

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer

ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!
Nasty chicken nuggets and didn't get my fries. Tasted like they were fried a few days ago and in used grease where other food was fried.

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!
