Went through the drive through to order food. No one behind us or in front of us. Asked for no tomato on a tuna sandwich. Got to the window and they told us they were out of celery for the tuna. No big deal. Told them that was fine, we didn’t need to have celery. Paid for the food. And then they asked us to pull forward and park in front of the building. So we park right in front of the door. Another two vehicles went through the drive through, appearing to have received their orders, a worker left (I assume to go to a different store to get ingredients they were missing) and a family of four went inside. trying to be patient but enough was enough, after 20 minutes of waiting finally decided to go inside and see what was taking so long. Just to find the family of four had been served and our food was just sitting on the counter waiting. This location has just progressively gotten worse and worse. We like jimmy johns. But this store is just not a pleasant experience.

Love the reading material in the bathrooms. Sandwiches are always delicious. #4 Tom is the best! The free smells aren't as filling as one would hope!

Dietary restrictions: No salt, some salt, load of salt, kosher salt, blessed salt, pink salt, they have it all! No bread or some bread get veg on with it wrapped in turkey!

Wheelchair accessibility: Have a couple ramps to get em up!

Had food delivered! Food was not delivered to my front door left outside my gate by street. Anyone walking by person or animal could of taken it.

Came here to get some sandwich's at 8:15pm, almost an hour before closing time, in drive thru and sat at the box for 5 mins with no one saying anything or asking me anything so I decided to drive around and as I do both employees are standing at the drive thru window with no headset on so I drove all the around to the box again hoping one of the 2 idiots would common courtesy of putting a head set and again nothing for another 5-10 mins so I left again but this time both of the employees decided to go hide so they wouldn't be seen. Honestly if this is how the closing crew is gonna be then you need some new closers because those 2 are just losing this store money and not even doing any work.

Been waiting over 2 weeks for my money to be refunded for an order I waited 3 hours for a never got. Was told the money would be refunded twice now bu 2 different managers. This is pathetic. Will never order from here again after reading the other reviews and seeing this is normal for them. Horrible service.Update: I reached out to corporate who essentially said I have to wait for my own money because of their stores failure to be able to do their job. They did nothing. They said sorry but not our problem essentially. This whole stores management team is a joke and the company itself is pathetic. If you want to have your money STOLEN (that's what it is when you offer a product, don't supply the product, but keep the money). And the fact that they don't care about their franchisees shows they don't care about the customers or their image
