Extremely busy when I came through. Was in line in the drive thru for a good 20 mins plus and when getting to the window order was there and bagged. They Did not follow my sandwich customizations as pre ordered on the app like slicing in half or adding napkins and silverwear or the condiments and even did not take off and put on the ingredients requested and paid for. No thank you or anything after shoving my bag out the window at me. Rude kids working the window! Food was good though even with it missing half of the requested toppings.

Ordered two sandwiches for delivery at 11:13am for my lunch break that started at noon. Didn’t get my food until 12:30pm. I had to call to ask for an update after waiting for 45 minutes, and they had JUST finished the sandwiches. I had a very tight schedule today and because of their poor timing I was unable to have lunch. I will never order delivery from them again.

I always recommend Jimmy John’s to anyone who will listen but this is my go-to Jimmy John’s establishment!! They’re always quick about getting the food to you and it tastes great for the efficiency and price!! Hubby and I have been going to this one for years now since it’s close by (not quite close enough to deliver to our house though sadly) and only recently started using their delivery due to my job being close by (lucky me 🍀). Even when the rare issues arise they’re awesome about fixing it quickly and fairly for all parties involved!! You won’t be disappointed when ordering from here!!!

I have gone to this location multiple times. I’ve had some good service but mostly bad. Today, especially, my order was completely wrong and the staff working seemed to be unaware of how to fix the problem and unwilling to fix their problem. I was charged for an extra sandwich, didn’t get any additions that I added to my original sandwich on the sandwich, and the miscommunication that led to the extra sandwich was also not addressed. When asked if I could take the charge off for the extra sandwich I did not order, they were very reluctant to give me that option. I ended up just taking the extra sandwich and leaving.

I recently visited Jimmy John's on Gage and ordered the number 13 sandwich, and unfortunately, it was not a satisfying experience. This was my second visit to Jimmy John's, and both times have left me disappointed.
I visited the restaurant around 3:00 in the afternoon, and it was not busy at all. Despite the lack of customers, my sandwich was lacking in ingredients. It had very little of anything, mostly just bread. I was hoping for a substantial and flavorful sandwich, but instead, I received a sandwich that felt empty and unsatisfying.
The bread at Jimmy John's is often praised, and I must agree that it was the highlight of the meal. It was soft and fresh, adding some enjoyment to an otherwise lackluster experience. However, the lack of filling ingredients was disappointing, especially considering the price of the sandwich.
Given my experiences at Jimmy John's, it will be a while before I consider going back. The lack of ingredients in my sandwich, despite the restaurant not being busy, left a sour taste in my mouth. For the price I paid, I expected a more substantial and flavorful meal.
I hope that Jimmy John's on Gage can improve their consistency in providing a satisfying dining experience. While the bread is excellent, it's important for the fillings to match the quality and quantity expected from a sandwich shop. Until then, I will explore other options for a more fulfilling meal.
