Love love love now that you have toasted subs I'm all in! Absolutely delicious and the service is always outstanding! We sit outside a lot to eat. Love this place!! And they play great music at closing!

This store really needs 2 be looked @ ! I went thru the drive thru @ Jimmy John's on Wanamaker Road yesterday 2 order a giant # 14 w/ no lettuce, no tomatoes & no cucumbers add onions & extra mayo. I also had ordered a giant # 15 w/o tomatoes add provolone cheese, extra mayo & onions. I get up 2 the window & hand him a $50. Explain it's all I have as the order was $41.⁰⁰. He said that they couldn't take it as they didn't have $9.⁰⁰ in change. I said that they just lost a customer and wasted product d/t bad & atrocious customer service skills! I am not returning & I will inform all friends to do the same. This isn't the first time I have had at this store! I am going to fill out the rest as if I had actually completed my order!

This Jimmy Johns is doing better than the one on Gage Blvd and North Topeka in my opinion.

How do you run out of bread at a sub shop?

Disappointed.

We ordered online and it was about 8 minutes before we went in. The place was empty and the employees didn't seem busy. But they said they didn't have our food even started when I asked. Then I had to wait another 12 minutes before they finished 2 sandwiches. And they ignored ALL of our sandwich customizations.

Employees need serious training if the owner of this Jimmy John's location wants it to survive.

I normally go to the one on Gage, and it is so good! Sandwich is full of meat, veggies, and sauce. I asked for extra peppers at this location and got 3. I went in And asked about my order and was told it was made correctly. I should of went out of my way and gone to the one o always do.

We stopped at this particular JJs on our way through town for a quick dinner on a Friday night. We have a new celiac in our family and have eaten at other Jimmy John’s in the last few months. But this particular one, on a Friday night, went above and beyond with much care of our whole family. Well done, and thank you!!

Food is pretty good and staff is friendly, but incredibly inconsistent compared to other locations. They've been out of bread the last two times I've been there.

We were the only car in the drive through. We ordered 2 sandwiches. Not combos. Nothing else. 2 sandwiches. 1 sandwich as it comes. 1 without lettuce, and they screwed that up. I am ready for the robotic sandwich making machines to take over.
