We stopped at this particular JJs on our way through town for a quick dinner on a Friday night. We have a new celiac in our family and have eaten at other Jimmy John’s in the last few months. But this particular one, on a Friday night, went above and beyond with much care of our whole family. Well done, and thank you!!

Fantastic customer service
Ordered on line and the order never showed mightve gotten swiped might have been at wrong address but the gentleman at the store quickly remade the order and brought me a replacement great people working there and I wish them well.

We were the only car in the drive through. We ordered 2 sandwiches. Not combos. Nothing else. 2 sandwiches. 1 sandwich as it comes. 1 without lettuce, and they screwed that up. I am ready for the robotic sandwich making machines to take over.

Terrible service. Sprite was out of flavoring, had to drive back for that and took 5 mins to get me a different drink. Then I got home and realized they forgot my cookie as well. Basically a waste of time and money. Just go to gage location ?

They pretend to be your boss as Uber or DoorDash delivery driver very rude you don’t have to answer to them or confirm anything but the person to pick up the order I confirmed this with Uber and if u say no they will become very rude I just smiled and said no I don’t need to do so and she continued to act as she is someone I work for get your employees under control I don’t work for you I’m self contracted with Uber not Jimmy John’s also if I say the name you have not prepared the order or it’s behind the counter that should clarify I shouldn’t know the name if I was stealing it so if orders are being stolen that is your employee faults not ours

It's Friday, and they're out of white AND wheat. 20 minutes to get more, how is this good business when you're entire identity as a company is sandwiches? There were entire trays of uncooked bread on the shelves... This is not the first time we're had issues at the is location, it's the fourth or fifth in a row. Either it's this, they mess up the order, or they are closing early. Months between visits and there has been no improvements, corporate needs to evaluate this location and change something. We're not coming back, which is unfortunate because it's convenient.

Ordered at the dive thru. Was not "freaky fast". My sandwich was made wrong. No napkins put in the bag to scrape the toppings off with. Girl who took our order had time to be on her phone at the window instead of doing her job. Always hate stopping for anything in Topeka. Here's another reason!
