The staff is delightfully warm and personable. Service was fast; everything was fresh and delicious. They offer multiple seating options. Interior is bright, clean, and easy traffic flow. This KFC has a city bus stop next to it.

I went through the drive through and had a coupon for two chicken sandwiches, service was fine, but after I got my food, one of the two sandwiches I received had chicken with the bones still in it and with the completely wrong style of breading, I have no clue who was working the line there but someone ought to remind them that scrap pieces of bone in meat dont belong on a sandwich. Abysmal.

Rude. Forgot alot of items in order. Had time make a second trip to get forgotten items . To come in to a supervisor/ manager talking crap about how I better bring all the food to prove it. I spend over 60 dollars for my family to eat to get disrespected for them forgetting my kids food.

By 8 they are out of almost everything and, since only the manager & 1 employee are there are apparently done cooking for the day. Food tastes like it was cooked in very old oil, is dry & hard. Iâve tried 3 times to get decent food there and failed to do so. Will not be going back.

Went thru drive thru tonight and ordered 16 piece meal . Also asked for plates silverware, butter and honey. They missed 2 of my sides and no butter and honey . Some of the chicken tasted like it was there awhile . Mistakes happen and didn't want to drive after I was home . Learning momment for your staff.

â 1 Star â Disappointed and Done with KFC
Tonightâs visit to the KFC at 21st and Gage was a complete letdown. We ordered a 3-piece chicken tender meal and a famous bowl through the drive-thru. The cashier told us the tenders would take 5 minutesâno problem. But after 25 minutes of waiting in our car, we still had no food. I went inside, only to be told it would be another 3 minutes. While waiting, another customer mentioned sheâd been waiting 30 minutes too.
I asked for a refund, but was told they âdonât do refundsâ and offered poppers instead. I accepted just to be done with it. After 35 minutes, we finally got our foodâbut no poppers, just apple pie bites. No dipping sauce either. And not once did the manager come out to apologize or acknowledge the delay.
This wasnât just slow serviceâit was a total disregard for customers. No communication, no accountability, and no effort to make things right. I wonât be returning to this location, and honestly, KFC has lost my trust.

Worst experience ordering. I ordered and she repeated it back ace it was wrong. She had to have the supervisor cancel the order add we started over. 2 nd time, wrong again. 4td time, she repeated it and it was right. When in her the order, it was wrong as one meal was missing. Instead of charging me for a combo, she charged each item separately, so I got over charged $7. One meal was missing a biscuit. Only one spork was included for four meals. Two meals were cooked wrong ( regular instead of crispy) I wonât be going there for a long time, if ever

North Topeka was great, couple years since I had been to this store because of service and overall just ok. They have completely changed. Service was Fantastic Excellent even with new girl working register, fun to see the manager boistering her new employee. Food was perfect!!! Thank You!
They staff were pleasant. Once we got home and took a bite of chicken we realized the grease the chicken was fried in needed changed. We got a 16 peice and spent over $40 and only ate 3 pieces of chicken because of it.

The ONLY 2 employees were super nice on Sunday, you could tell that being short staffed was effecting them. Food took forever to get and was missing items. Took another 10min to just get my sauces because they were too short staffed to take care of me immediately. Feel bad for the workers as itâs not their fault the management failed them and canât staff the store. Recommend doing orders through the other locations as this oneâs understaffed.
