North Topeka was great, couple years since I had been to this store because of service and overall just ok. They have completely changed. Service was Fantastic Excellent even with new girl working register, fun to see the manager boistering her new employee. Food was perfect!!! Thank You!
They staff were pleasant. Once we got home and took a bite of chicken we realized the grease the chicken was fried in needed changed. We got a 16 peice and spent over $40 and only ate 3 pieces of chicken because of it.

Never have chicken parts u need and not stocked up!
The ONLY 2 employees were super nice on Sunday, you could tell that being short staffed was effecting them. Food took forever to get and was missing items. Took another 10min to just get my sauces because they were too short staffed to take care of me immediately. Feel bad for the workers as it’s not their fault the management failed them and can’t staff the store. Recommend doing orders through the other locations as this one’s understaffed.

Flat soda with no ice, no spork for my Mac and cheese bowl, and the drumstick was small enough it could have come from a pigeon, seriously drive through was a bad idea. They said tenders would take 10 minutes to make.

Old tough greasy chicken and the corn was not edible. Biscuits were old and hard as hell. Will not go to this one again.
Went thru drive through, ordered 3 piece box meal (breast)...delicious, everything was still hot by the time I got home!...love it!

Sadly this is a prime example of what happens when the bean counters take over a good company. They have taken all the quality and taste out of the product and all you're left with is mediocre food this used to be a fat favorite of ours but no longer, I didn't know you could get chickens that small!

Girl over the drive thru speaker was confused and rude. She couldn't hear us, so of course, they gave us the wrong food, and none of sauces ordered. We didn't realize it until we got home. My mistake not to check bag before leaving. Called to fix it, and the phone would ring and then hang up, over and over! So I gave up! Not going back anytime soon.
