This is a horrible place, the food was spoiled and rotting. The workers are lazy and only care about smoking. Do not go here!

Came at 9:10 and they were out of literally everything. They already had all their fryers turned off for the night as well. They were out of fries, chicken sandwiches, and lemonade. Also How are u making the rest of my food if ur fryers are off? That’s gross. Do better KRC.
The manager here is absolutely awesome and I'm so sorry that I did not do this sooner because she helped me so much concerning some chicken breast. She hooked me up and was super awesome, and the food was excellent!

Sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes and never made it to the order board. They allowed a vehicle to sit at the window for 20 minutes without pulling it forward. Store phone number did not work. Once you are in the drive thru, curb makes it hard to leave the line. Witnessed a rear end accident in the drive thru lane while other cars were trying to get out. I had to ask other drivers to back up to be able to leave. Horrible for drive thru service. Never again

Ordered off door dash. Wings were rock hard and cold, ordered and paid for 3 sauces that never came. Tried calling the store from 9pm to 9:15 never got an answer, says store closes at 10pm so no excuse for not answering. Just more $$ wasted on food and poor customer service.

KFC's always a good place to get, and has a very good staff
We ordered $40 of food for pickup. Went through the drive thru. My elderly grandmother needed water to take medication so we asked for a cup of water. We were told that will be $3. Wait what? Clearly the owners are greedy bloodthirsty business people. Who charges $3 for a cup of water.

NEVER AGAIN! Used to be good service and nice people but not anymore. Rude people here. Repeated my order several times and still did not get what I ordered. Last time I was here they sent me home with burnt chicken. So I checked my order before leaving. From ordering to paying, the staff was snotty and rude. No more chances. I’ll drive clear out north next time.
Drive thru was timely, customer service satisfactory, after I left, looked in bag for hot fries ? wow not hot! ,but that's not even the disappointing part they were dark in color close to being burnt, over cooked dead in taste, if you don't get the fries right in fast food that's a deal breaker for a customer never to come back!!!!! Chicken good but not hot..you should know not to serve this...tho..

I ordered 8 pieces of chicken and a large coleslaw. I generally think they have the best coleslaw l, but, this time it tasted l8ke they mixed old coleslaw from earlier with newer mixed coleslaw and I would taste the bitter sour older coleslaw in the after taste of every bite. The chicken was just OK nothing stood out to write about.
