Must have changes recipes or something,have been getting food there since opening but tonight's was different. Sesame chicken covered with a sweet dark brown sause not the usual light with sesame and enough brocilli for a meal . My husband got beef and brocilli he said something spice wise missing just brocilli

This is for the Croco rd location. I can't speak for the Wanamaker location. Service is great! Couldn't ask for more. The food is iffy, not sure why but I think they either have a new cook or they have went to lower quality supplies or both... I do know it was my favorite place to get Chicken lo Mein but I've had to switch to sweet and sour chicken. The lo Mein has been tasting awful like it is old or burned. The man that runs the place forces you to bring back the food if you want a replacement which isn't a problem but then again, it could be? I understand the reason, but again, where is that food going? Lastly, the place needs a major update, the menu outside is hard to read from the angle and is not in good shape and the inside of the place looks to be well outdated. It also lacks proper ventilation. I continue to use the drive thru to this day. So it's not horrable and the prices for the portions are right on!
Vegetarian options: They have options.
Parking: Parking depends on the time of day. Night time after 730pm you'll have no problem.
Kid-friendliness: Not really
Wheelchair accessibility: It's available but no automatic doors
Food is delicious! Pre-order is the way to go. Like all drive-ups, caution during lunch hours if you didn't pre-order. They make your food to order, so you might get stuck waiting a few minutes. They work VERY fast in the kitchen and at the front register, but can get busy.
They are absolutely amazing. I own a business in the plaza and I’m having trouble walking. They were so nice and brought my lunch 4 doors down to me. 11/10

The food did well in a pinch. Surprisingly fresh for a place like this, No detectable added MSG, decent portions for the lunch special price. Would eat here again if I was in the mood for fast Chinese food. A place like this isn't meant to impress it's meant to be fast and cheap. That's exactly what this is.

Only reason there’s a star is simply because there’s an establishment there… very disappointed in the food it’s saddening. $72 down the drain. Sesame Chicken - very dissatisfied Honey chicken - below satisfactory Lo Mein - Very DISSATISFIED (noodles OVERCOOKED) & very mushy. I feel this location needs a revamp with management and kitchen preparation. Potential is there, the effort & passion is not.
