Terrible customer service. Employees yelling at each other. Waited over 2 hours for my order just to get told that they are closed and voiding all orders, no explanation or any apology. One employee said “we are throwing all the pizza away” with at least fifteen boxes sitting ready to go and they couldn’t even look to see if they were for any of the 13 customers sitting and waiting.
They were slammed at the Topeka location tonight. Seemed like they were short staffed but doing their best to get everyone’s orders filled. The guy at the counter was very friendly and helpful! Keep up the good work!
Three people in the store. One has done nothing in an hours time. One only does the register only, she cannot help make pizzas. Wait times more than one hour. Ordered three pizzas at 5:46pm,
