The pretzel pizza was awesome, the breadsticks were nice and soft and the manager was very nice to help me fix my problem I made when ordering. Thank you again!

Ordered through the app and it said it would be ready at 6pm show up and have to wait 2 hours with dozens of other people in the same boat, and I didn’t even get my food. Multiple times I went up to the counter to ask on the status and the guys says “it’s in the oven”, like how can it be in the oven for 1 1/2 hours? Then he says “sorry it’s my 2nd day and they got mad at me for going back to ask how much longer it will be”. Wait some more, go back up and there are 40 pizzas on the counter back there with nobody labeling the order. Why even be open at that point? Then I ask for a refund and he goes “I don’t know how to do that”, and I think to myself, then why are you up at the counter working the register? Then I wait 10 minutes for some guy in a durag and face tats to come up to the front to give me a refund. What a waist of 2 hours of my life that I won’t get back. At the least the door dash guy that was sitting there when I got in waiting to get his order was funny to talk to. Never coming back here again… Oh and by the way, the door dash guy didn’t get his food either by the time I left, wild

Went in to little Ceasars tonight as we were ordering food the one gentlemen that didnt have glasses on was running around doing all thing. He was very pleasant. The guy with the glasses then after about 5 mins showed up to help no gloves, we ordered the crazy combo he bagged them and threw them over to the counter in the back no gloves again. He then went over and watched the other gentlemen who was getting our food in order while there was a line not being attentive to the guests while they wait.

Didn't get any of the 4 sauces we ordered and they didn't answer the phone. Pizza was cold but that's probably the fault of the dasher. Overall not pleased with our order

Haven’t eaten little Caesars in years decided to have some so ordered online. The food Undercooked and soggy. I asked the assistant when I went into Little Caesars cause I haven’t been there in years, but I didn’t have my code or the scan. She told me I couldn’t get my pizza. Didn’t even try and help me. I found the barcode to scan scanned. It said it was invalid.. Still no help had to go out and get my glasses to see if I can find my number since the scan code didn’t work. As for atmosphere place was dirty. The front door was covered and fingerprints. The staff lacking the will to help won’t go back again.

So to start, this place is nasty, from the attitudes to the food , food tastes like it's been left out for days , the attitudes that fly are ridiculous I got people yelling and cursing at each other and one gyr mumbling under his breath that he's gonna knock someone out. I will not be returning here. Oh and another thing WHY IN THE HELL WAS THERE A ROACH AMONG MY BEEF ON MY HAMBURGER PIZZA
