The quality of food & service of this establishment has deteriorated a lot. We were dinner for dinner & had the following experience: 1. The service was slow, impersonal. 2. Did not get a side on one of our orders. 3. Steak was lukewarm on the outside & cold inside 4. The rice pilaf was hard, like it was taken from the bottom of the pan.

They really suck. My husband survived the Gulf war and the invasion of Panama and cancer. We went out to celebrate his 56th birthday and we were treated very badly. I will boycott this restaurant chain for the rest of forever. Also, the food was horrible.

It's a steak house, what else can I say? I'm not trying to rag on anyone or thing, but the poor asparagus was beat to death. It was beautifully green and well seasoned but kinda mushy. The steak was cooked poook-ish, a tad over as was the other dinner mates. It was a big party at an odd hour so maybe we tripped them up.
Overall it was a pretty nice place, the servers and the facilities do indeed project steakhouse and hospitality.

This was our first ever visit to Longhorn. Have been to many a steakhouse but this was one of the best for many reasons. Great decor and ambience and friendly from the minute we walked in the door. Charlie at the bar was welcoming and makes a great Old Fashioned. But the star of the show was the food further enjoyed thanks to the great service of Sabryn. Lobster chowder was superb, Brussels very tasty with the perfect char, and broccoli perfectly steamed. Standing above all of it was the Longhorn Porterhouse—well seasoned and actually served rare with a great sear. Never felt rushed, service by Sabryn was timely with a great smile and friendly conversation, and noise level was well contained to allow easy visiting. Don’t have one of these where we live but will definitely return when possible. And to top it all off, prices were actually quite reasonable.

We basically dine here because the hours of operation suit us better than other steakhouses. The food is flavorful. The steaks are not comparable to other steakhouses, and the prices are the same. Always had friendly, attentive wait staff.

We came in this evening 40 min prior to closing. The place was clean and warm. The staff was kind and courteous. Our serve was Danny. She was so so helpful, kind & provided excellent service. I ordered the 12oz rib eye and my husband got the Kansas City New York Strip. I got a sick of Brussel sprouts and Caesar salad. My husband got Mac and cheese. Everything was DELICIOUS!
