The staff are friendly and the laundry side is very clean and efficient. However don't waste your money on the food next door.. while the service was great- the meal was a ripoff. It's overpriced for the quality but the portion was okay. I'm sure the pizza is better but the burger was NOT it.
Rarely ever busy they have a change machine.

Was at Louie's all of 5 minutes started to put my things in the dryer and got told by an employee I cannot use said dryer... I've been going here forever and never had an issue. What kind of new policy is this? It's written no where inside nor on the website...
Ugh. This place was horrible. Not only are the machines shoddy the bar scene seemed a bit tragic….

My dryer broke at my rental unit so I came here for the first time to finish my one single load of laundry. Before I could even put in quarters in the machine someone from the back sent a girl out to tell me that for now on I could only “wash and dry” no just drying allowed!
Not a good business practice. Makes me think bedbugs have been an issue before. Took my clothes straight from dryer to home to fold? #topekasfinest

The gals are good at keeping it pretty clean in there. Usually a quick process, their dryers work great.A good place to go if you want to have a beer and/or watch the game when you're washing.
