We have ordered Marco’s Pizza a number of times, but this will be the last. The pizza was 45 min late. The store was packed with people, most of who were beyond frustrated. Waited while everyone else received their orders and then finally got ours. It was cold, mushy, crust was barely able to be seen on the bottom, and it was supposed to be regular crust, toppings were thrown on to the deluxe pizza in piles, and totally uncooked. The employees were yelling at each other, arguing, and some saying they hadn’t been trained for this, that they were a driver. The inside of the store was dirty, splatters of things on the walls, dirty tables, floor dirty, etc. Christmas decorations were still up. Employees appeared very unkept and extremely non-professional. Nobody seemed to be in charge, or understand what their job was. This is the 2nd bad experience we have had, but wanted to give it another chance. No more! I would call and complain, but the phone does not get answered. Of course, there is no “contact” e-mail or number on the web page. Sadly, I paid online when ordering, and left a tip. Really no recourse once it’s paid or I would have walked out without the pizzas.

I will NEVER go there again! I ordered a pizza NO ONIONS, because of my onion sensitivity.
I got it home, and it was loaded with onions, which would have my throat closing up!
I drove it back the 35 blocks to return it.
As I had wasted that time, and had somewhere else I needed to be and didn't have time to wait for another, go back home to eat, and then get to where I was supposed to be, I just wanted a refund.
The manager REFUSED! She said she'd make another, I told her I didn't have time!
She absolutely REFUSED!
Screw them! They just screwed me out of my entire cost of that pizza that THEY MADE WRONG, I HAD THE RECEIPT, THEY ENDANGERED MY HEALTH...AND WOULD NOT GIVE MY MONEY BACK!!! 😡

The people are nice but the food is poor. I eat Marcos regular , I am from Olathe- but the pizza at this Marcos taste like a generic dominoes. It’s really nasty and no flavor.

It's a great place for pizza and a movie after you order your pizza you get a free sticker for a movie that you can rent free for a week so not only do they have delicious cheesy pizza they give you a movie can't beat that love the movies and love the pizza check it out oh and the people are great especially Chris the manager

My visit was on 6/15 and it was the first time I'd been to Marco's. The pizza was fantastic. I liked that the toppings were chunky and not minced small like most place. The staff that I met were nice, and I'll definitely be coming here again.
