love the food but you guys never include my pickle when I order delivery, why even make it an option?

Always 5 star service and food! My whole family LOVES Mccallisters. The drpepper is always SMACKIN. The older gent at counter reminds us each time we should sign up for rewards and finally we did! Can't wait to go get my free tea next time! Yall doing great!

The locations in MO are SO much better than this one. If I tried McAlister’s for the first time from this location I wouldn’t have loved it as much as I do now. Pretty dissatisfied with my meal today:/ Mac n cheese was runny and noodles were harder than soft, and my sandwich was oddly crunch bc the veggies were packed in there, lacking sauce/mayo making for a dry sandwich :/

Accidentally gave my order to someone else. They remade it rather fast which was nice. But forgot my sandwich. Gave me one single slice of avocado on multiple items dispite adding avocado costing $1.50 each

The food was good, but the cashier was not very friendly. First, my boyfriend and I walked up to the counter and she just stood there and did not greet us, I said hello to her and smiled. She didn’t ask us what we wanted to order. And when we did order she didn’t have the best attitude. Seemed like she did not want us to be there. Maybe she needs some more customer service training.

Positive update i was refunded full order amount, much more than expected so I did the right thing and changed the review

This has happened to me twice now order to go order get home and there are missing items call to the store and they are unable to issue a refund over the phone which I think is unacceptable so you're only choice is to eat the money or turn around and drive all the way back up there you guys can do better because we're going to get back to the days to where people are opening bags and opening boxes right in front of you and not leaving until they get everything that they ordered

I call in an order often, at least twice a month and EVERY time my order is wrong somehow. I get the wrong dressing, my food is made wrong, my food was rang in wrong. Tonight I asked for two whole salads, and got half a wrap. My total was $33, for one salad and half a wrap that I didn’t even want. It’s so frustrating because their salads are really good, but I know that something is going to be wrong every single time I place an order here

So glad to find this restaurant. Perfect for a sandwich, soup or salad (nice options for creative salads, not just iceberg lettuce) quick service. Order at counter, but lots of seating available.

The food was good as usual. However, the guy taking our order acted as if he *really* wanted to be elsewhere.
