McAlister's Deli

I call in an order often, at least twice a month and EVERY time my order is wrong somehow. I get the wrong dressing, my food is made wrong, my food was rang in wrong. Tonight I asked for two whole salads, and got half a wrap. My total was $33, for one salad and half a wrap that I didn’t even want. It’s so frustrating because their salads are really good, but I know that something is going to be wrong every single time I place an order here

So glad to find this restaurant. Perfect for a sandwich, soup or salad (nice options for creative salads, not just iceberg lettuce) quick service. Order at counter, but lots of seating available.

The food was good as usual. However, the guy taking our order acted as if he *really* wanted to be elsewhere.

Great food, service and atmosphere. Definitely deserves a revisit.

Friendly Cashier , Jalepeno Sandwhich and bread was so fresh , when I come back to Topeka I will come back for that same sammichh in my grandpas voice .

This was my first time at McAlisters Deli. I was nervous about going in alone because I am temporarily disabled and am using a walker. Not only did an employee see me coming and opened the door for me, but after I ordered they were kind enough to help me find a close table and carried my drink to my table. I was asked if they could do anything else to make my lunch better but they had already done it. And my food was AMAZING!! I will definitely be back…with friends!!

I enjoy the selections here but find that the long hair of many of the waitstaff to be troublesome. On one occasion only one person of 4 had their long hair pulled back.

Nice quicker deli place with alot of options. Loaded potato, salads, and sandwiches. Pecanberry salad was very good.

Just went in at 6:56pm 10/09/24. Ordered a McCallister club sandwich add jalapeños. I take it home and realized they didn’t add my sandwich right. So I called them and the girl on the phone immediately said well we can’t do anything about it. I just spent some good money for a good sandwich.

We are here at 1:30 in the afternoon for lunch. Seven tables have leftover food and are uncleared but there are employees happily playing on their phones in the back within view of the customers. Seems like something is wrong here.

Unfortunately, McAlister's has done away with their curbside pick-up. This option was super helpful for disabled folks like myself who may have a hard time going inside to pick up an order. It looks like I'll be ordering elsewhere from now on. ?
