$64.25 for horrible food. Order Ultimate Nachos they gave us just the chips, no toppings. Kids Cheese Toastie, was old and saggy looked hours old. Grilled Chicken Salad with no dressing and my McAlister's Club was missing. I took a chance and ordered at a new place and regret it. Never again. Do not order here!!!!

Derive was good. Food quality was not on par with my other McAllister’s experiences. The avocado on my sandwich was crunchy and my side of tomato and cucumber salad was all onions.

I usually love McAlister's Deli but the bread on my sandwich was so soggy I ended up just taking it completely off and just ate the inside stuff. Also, it was not ready for pickup at the designated time. It was sitting on their back counter so I couldn't get to it and then no one was helping me at the pickup counter (it wasn't busy at that time) and had to get in the regular line to get someone to help me finally get my takeout.

Had an order to go. When I picked it up I was surprised to find the order all just kind of thrown in one bag. I had a couple cups of soup so I was worried they'd be all over the inside of the bag or floor board of my car by the time I got home but the lids held pretty well. Food ended up being pretty good. I suggest the Jalapeno Turkey Crunch if you like a little heat and a lot of flavor. Also had the broccoli cheddar soup. I would definitely order both again.

Always consistent. Traveling on business, ate there 3 out of my 5 days.
The sandwich was dry. I asked for the smaller portion, and the cashier didn't listen to me. They need to offer different bread instead of just wheat. And when it's cold outside, don't run the ceiling fans and air conditioning!

When I ordered the waitress in the middle complete spaced out and didn't even get my order right at all long with all the front of house employees and Manger walked by our table not once didn't they ask if everything was okay then one of the employees complete walked by and my wife was trying to ask for something and she continued to walk by and not say or do anything and my order was $58 and some change I even left a $5 tip I was not happy at all with them

Visited this afternoon (9/3/23) and there was a girl screaming, yelling, or singing(?) in the kitchen the entire time we were there. Also, the cleaner that they use makes the restaurant smell like a public bathroom. I kind of cringe every time I go in there.
