Had an order delivered to my job, when I opened it, I saw that there was whipped cream on my frappe, which I asked to have removed(that noted on the receipt as well) but I looked passed it because they did give me the extra drizzle that I asked for. I finally got the chance to open my burger. The onions and the ketchup that I asked to be removed was still on it, and there was no lettuce like I asked for.

Why is it every time I come to this location I end up being directed to park and wait for 2 cheeseburgers with ketchup and pickle. It’s the simplest order and it happens every time.

We drove through at 7:35 AM for a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and a sausage and egg muffin sandwich. The biscuit was very hard and crumbly. It was the worst biscuit I have ever had at any fast food restaurant. How can a biscuit turn into a rock if it was baked that morning? The muffin was not fresh either but wasn't as bad as the biscuit. We are done with McDonald's. Hardee's is another mile up the street but at least we won't chip a tooth trying to eat.
