You know I've been to a couple of the McDonald's in the Topeka area, but I must say that this McDonald's on Southwest 21st by far the best McDonald's in the Topeka area. I love the atmosphere I love food is always cook freshness how I like in my friends are always hot out the grease I don't never have to ask for them to do it. Lamont the GM and Rachel the assistant GM are amazing and outstanding. Every time I go in the crew the workers their operating as a team and it just seems like nobody is like it's like it's a family atmosphere. And they make you feel welcome and then make you feel like you're one of the family. I love that I will always always go to this McDonald's before any other McDonald's in the Topeka area. Great jobs Southwest 21st McDonald's, keep it up. 💜
Parking: There are more than enough amount of parking spaces for everybody to Park and be able to come in and sit down and enjoy a good family atmosphere
Kid-friendliness: This is one of the few McDonald's that I've seen in a long time to still have the playroom jungle gym for the kids. Yeah I don't have any kids but every time I come in here they have the kids in the playroom and they're having fun and playing running around and just enjoying the kids. A family atmosphere as I said earlier.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a long shot and sensible door on the other side of the building opposite of the drive-thru it even help me a couple times what I've had find a few things to carry and needed the door to get in.

Had to pull into a stall while they were "waiting on the fries to get done" and was given lukewarm fries that were obviously not just made.

My husband and brother went to this location this morning for a men's coffee group. They ordered on the app and selected to have their breakfast delivered to their table. After a fairly long wait another one of the men told my husband that they thought his food was sitting out on the counter. So he went up to the counter and sure enough there it was. He asked the manager why it wasn't brought out to the table and she told him "I don't have time for that!" in a very rude tone. They were calling numbers but just loud enough to hear if you happen to be standing at the counter waiting for your order. You wouldn't hear your number called if you were already sitting at a table waiting for your food to be delivered. Plus, they had the music loud. The order was incorrect. The 2 black coffees came with cream in them and the sugar packets that were requested weren't on the tray. The food was decent although it wasn't hot since it had been sitting on the counter. The worse thing about this dining experience was the hateful manager.

This specific location in Topeka is the WORST!! TYPICALLY I avoid it at all costs. I will go out of my way to drive to a different location, even if it's farther. But today, I had no extra time and had to stop at this location as it was on my way home. Every time I've been through this drove through I am told to pull up to park and wait for my food. I thought since today I was only getting a chicken nugget meal and happy meal and there was no line in the frive though, I'll just cave in and stop there. Wrong. Even though there was noone else in the drive through behind me, and my order was pretty minimal, I was still told to pull up and park and wait for my food. How does that make sense? What happened to this being a drive through and using the drive through window. I have seen this location hand the wrong food to other cars and then take it back from them and given to other customers. I absolutely hate it and don't understand why they continue to do this. I have voiced my concern to the manager before during a previous visit when i had to wait for over 20 minutes because they gave my food to someone else and had to remake it. It doesn't make sense. On top of that my fries were dumped upside down in the bag. If I'm told to pull up and wait then can we at least take the extra second to place the food in without throwing it? Good grief!!!!!!

It's McDonald's so as a general rule you are going to get what you expect. Place is clean and the employees (Notably Whitney as shes the one who helped me) are friendly and attentive. It'll be the McDonald's I go to in Topeka.

I ordered the fries. They were warm but limp. I requested fresh made fries. After waiting awhile, I got fries that were warm and not much better than the ones I had before. They were not hot or crispy. Very disappointed. .
Do you remember when fast food was fast? Oh what a time. Apparently 21st street McDonald’s is anything but. Upon arrival, the restaurant did not appear to be busy. However, I was asked to pull into pickup stall #4 with a color-coded chip clip to wait for my order. The guy next to me finally called in and complained to get his order filled, and after 15 minutes I finally went inside and asked for a refund. The manager on duty didn’t even give me a refund, but instead gave me my order and half-heatedly apologized. Instead of insisting I just took my food and left, but my cold burger and blazing hot fries were less than appetizing, and when I got ketchup on my hands the manager that bagged my order apparently forgot that you were supposed to include napkins in the bag. I worked at McDonalds in my teens, and even as a teen had enough sense to not give patrons such terrible service. Disappointed to say the least.

Okay. Don't get me started with McDonald's. Largest Fast Food business. Worst cleanliness and service. I have had food poisoning from two different franchises. The 21st location by Goodwill made me sick for 2 days. The McDonald's on Gage as well. They must not be paying attention to food temp, or there is cross contamination. I've spoke with others who have had similar situations.

Dined in with 7 kids. Had 5 orders of chicken nuggets. I asked for the sauce and they treated me like I was taking this sauce from their own kids mouths. I only got 3 packets for 5 orders of nuggets. I also ordered 7 frozen drinks and 7 waters. They tried to charge me $12 for 7 waters.

I don't care for the food. Can't even get the dr. Pepper right always give me diet in its place.
Parking: Around the entire building is parking spaces but entry doors are limited.
Kid-friendliness: It's not even kid friendly at all.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's not really friendly but they do have a ramp. The doors are manual open though, so if you go alone, it's a pain.
