Straight trash. Nothing but issues here. Waited 40 minutes since they had me pull up to wait for food. Watched more than 20+ cars recieve food and I still got nothing. Only upside is getting refunded after finally going in.

It's McDonald's... What else can be said.. It's a great example of how to keep a long-standing brand relevant and up-to-date to the consumer. This McDonald's is no exception to their to upholding their standards and requirements to hold the franchise.

Why do they always make you pull forward. Waited 16 minutes and had to go inside cause the car hop took my receipt cause they couldn't even find my order. I will just wait at the window from now on. My Granddaughter couldn't even eat the chicken nuggets cause she said they tasted bad. DO BETTER. It's not faster to park people!!!!!!!

Worker mopped and didn't put the sign in the proper place, I slipped and they yelled at me for it. Manger was very rude when we went to file a report. I had busted my knee really and got no apology

Worst McDonald’s in Topeka. Order accuracy is horrible at this store. I order delivery often via the McDonald’s app. If this store is selected for delivery, 9 out 10 times, items will be missing from my order or they will not follow customization on the grill slips. Unfortunately you can’t choose which store you’d like delivery from, the app chooses for you, and it has occasionally chose a store the furthest from me. Ordered food via delivery tonight- sadly this store was chosen. Sure enough both burgers are wrong, fries are soggy and not fresh, all condiments are missing.

I come to this location because it’s close to home and im beyond disappointed every single time I get pulled ahead for two cheeseburgers and a drink The other night I came to get my daughter a Cheeseburger happy meal we got chicken nuggets. They did not give me a drink and by that time they already had a line around the building so I didn’t wanna wait in the drive-through but I asked the gentleman at the window Hey do you know how long it will be and he said nope I don’t know. I tried again tonight to see if it would be better OF COURSE NOT this is not a way to keep a loyal customer!

There’s really only 1 worker that’s actually good here. Anytime I come and they’re not here or someone else takes my order the service is terrible. The lobby is also almost always dirty too which I can understand at some points but when the service sucks and the building is horribly dirty I’m gonna stop going to this location
