My day started at 4:15am, and all I had throughout the day was coffee and a few bottles of water!Still in a hurry, needing to get from 1 side of town to the next, I saw plenty of eateries to stop but decided to swing through the drive-up of THIS particular McDonald's to grab a bite to eat while on the road.Sadly, once I pulled out the lot and was waiting at the light, I realized my food order was accurate... But, there were NO NAPKINS in the bag!!! Why??? How???So I had to waste extra time to turn around, to go back thru the drive-up just to UNNECESSARILY ask for napkins that should have been in the bag in the first place!!!!???

So everytime we get shamrocks from curbside they always ALWAYS. Mess it up. They always turn out a dark green color when it's suppose to be a light pastel green cause we'll it's a milkshake. And drinking it gives a burning feeling in your through due to it being unbalanced and the peppermint flavoring being overly done.

So ordered 4 sausage egg and cheese biscuits. Got home my 4 and 6 year old bit into 2 realized no sausage. Go back they would only replace the 2 that were not bit into. So extra time driving, and I get 2 without sausage because of their mistake. Great customer service

Due to water boil pop machines are down. But this location was taking care of customers. They had can soda to give out with the meals.

What is up with this location? If you go through the drive through they just shuffle you off all over the parking lot then take a pretty decent amount of time to bring the food out. The point of a drive through is speed, at this point it would have been faster to have actually gone inside. They definitely need a better system in place if they can't handle a few cars.

McDonald's was the only place open Christmas on our road trip. We only ordered a cheeseburgers, and the bottom buns was hard and the burgers where cold. Oh well.
It was pretty clean but the food was cold and I had to stand at the front for at least 5 min just to ask for my drink cup and multiple employees saw me standing there but never acknowledged me.

I went through the drive thru last night ordered a simple meal, 2 cheese burgers fries and drink, nothing special no extras, just a plain cheeseburger. I paid for my drink and was directed to the parking spaces. There were 3 cars ahead of me waiting for orders. 20 minutes later the cars were piling up and the people in front of me hadn’t been served. Several of us simply left before getting our order. How does a fast food franchise fail so horribly. Whoever owns that Mc Donald’s should take a real hard look at the staff! They obviously do not care about customer service or doing their jobs!!!! Shame on the owners for allowing this gross behavior!!! Update: called to get a refund for my purchase and was met with hostility and aggression the manager threatened me and told me to come up to the store to get a refund!! I would never set foot in this horrible place again. It’s pathetic to be treated like this when I did nothing wrong! They failed to deliver and I’m treated like the bad guy.

At 8:00 pm I went there for 3 quarter pounders..The TALL, thin BLONDE Girl put the window bar down and pulled her drawer and left me there with 3 cars behind me.After about 10 minutes I drove up to the next window where a mouthy chubby girl called me a liar about what just occurred and then told me to go to window 3 where I sat for another 10 minutes..No apologies from anyone, just treated like I was nobody.....After 40+ years as a customer, this was the WORST I HAVE EVER BEEN TREATED
