This location needs a soda fountain accessible by guests because I feel so bad having the employees get like 2 or 3 diet doctor pepper refills. Other than that super tasty sodas abound here

The language barrier between the people working and customers is ridiculous. If you are working in America you should be able to speak the language fluently.

I was treated very rudely because I did not order food when they wanted me to order food because I was a little waiting for my friend who was coming from out of town so we can order together and was ask to leave when a group of teenagers literally sat in there, they were white, I am black, gay, and cross gender harass me and taunted me while I was in there and literally nothing was said to them but I was asked to leave when all I did was doze off because I had a long day and was tired. But I wasn't bothering anyone but the staff I guess. This is one of the worst McDonald's I have been to and honestly I do not recommend this particular McDonald's to anybody especially of the LGBTQ I community.

Now that have computers in restaurants don’t want to wait on you at counter. Stand in back and look at you. Even walk by or around you and won’t take your order until you call someone over!!!

Pulled up and checked in with my order code. The lady tried to give me an incomplete order to start with, then kept my receipt and sent me to a waiting spot up front, where I waited for 14 minutes. I expected at least fresh food for that wait. When I got home the food was cold.

The food is subpart, orders are often wrong. They now limit lobby to an hour and got rid of the lobby soda fountain meaning you cannot get refills on drink. Discouraging customers to even bother with the lobby. Staff are dismissive and rude.
