Worst management EVER. I was completely ignored in the drive-thru and when I pulled up to the window, “Adrian” immediately argued with me. Not sure if that was actually his name. This happened 12/02/2025. He was very hostile. He even threatened to call the police though there was zero reason to do so, all I was asking was to speak to someone else because he was being difficult and just REFUSED to listen. If you hate your job that much, do us all a favor and quit. He should not be a manager at all. He immediately assumed I was lying. That is NOT customer service. I was like… no wonder y’all released the grinch happy meals today… cause a bunch of grinches work here lol if management is reading this, yall need to do better because I guarantee with the way you acted tonight you will lose your jobs in no time!

Terrible service. They parked me for over seven minutes, then gave me the wrong food. When I went inside to get my order corrected, they gave me cold soggy food, and the ladies who is spoke with both had an attitude with me for asking for my correct order.

This place is actually insanely bad, waited 40 minutes for my curbside order went inside and it was just sitting on the counter ice cold. Tried to argue with us about giving a refund aswell
Service is so bad. Can't even get an order right. Have tried to talk to someone above the manager. They don't do refunds even when they are out of what you ordered. Can't speak to anyone about it. Worst McDonald's. Would really like someone to contact me.
