They have known times where systems will be down every day but never turn the online payment portal off in preparation for this.
This time i was told it happens ar 2:30 am every day but this is not my first time having this issue and last time it happened during day hours. They did not give a reason though.
Im frustrated that the systems dont go unavailable if they arnt avalible.

The nice staff comes around the dining room asking if customers need anything else! This McDonald's is clean and the staff is very good. Orders are quickly delivered to the table. Food is hot and fresh. Use the app for discounts and specials. Bathrooms are clean. Bus stop right in front. The kids play area is especially nice. This is a better than average McDonald's.

We were unable to go through the drive through due to a trailer being attached to our truck. Using cash, we did not use the kiosk. Stood at the counter and waited. The woman came over with an attitude. No greeting. Felt rushed to order otherwise we would have ordered more items. I usually have a good experience and opinion of Dobski McDonald's. We will not be going back to this particular McDonald's. I'm only one customer, but how many customers does that associate treat rudely?

The staff are very incompetent and could not care less about their jobs. You will wait over half an hour for your order to be wrong. There is no way to cancel an order when the incompetent staff take over 20 min to figure things out so you are literally stuck.

I ordered the 2a quarter pounder with cheese meal medium fry and a medium coke no ice last night. Didn't check the bag until I got home, but i got a mcchicken a small fry and a 4pc nugget so i called and the manager said I could either come back last night or today and they said they would replace it. When I got there tonight the person on drive thru told me that no manager last night received such call. I told them what time I ordered and the time I called and they said they couldn't do anything. I did ask for a receipt last night they said since I paid cash that I couldn't get a receipt -would give zero stars if I could- Staff is very unprofessional

Consistently I have ordered food from this McDonald's and have been constantly shorted or ripped off. Everytime I've ordered a smoothie it was only half full, and most recently ordered a cheeseburger Xtra pickle, what I received was a burger with no cheese and the regular 3 pickles. This McDonald's is a scam and rip off, no one should continue buying food here.

My husband ordered 6 breakfast burritos and 2 sausage McGriddles. When he got home, there was only one McGriddle and the one we got was missing the sausage patty. Outrageous!!
