Good luck finding someone who speaks English. My mother and I went for lunch had to use a machine to order because there are no longer real people at the counter to help you. We had some questions and couldn’t get anyone’s attention, when someone did finally come up to the counter they couldn’t speak English nor could the other folks that were there. The food was cold, the place was a mess, it’s WAY overpriced and no service. What the hell’s happened to McDonald’s? It used to be pretty consistent no matter where you went but not anymore. Sad that such an iconic restaurant has become such a disgrace.

The one on 37 and Topeka Blvd in Topeka the the young workers say too many bad words and if you go get breakfast right when it starts you have to wait a hour before you get it needs to change kid food is cold and gross I go to burger king or sonic McDonald's food is not good anymore they should get employees that make sure to have hot food and fire the big manger

Never go here on a Sunday late night .. literally no service ... lines backed up around the building .. I thought it was a 1 time mishap but this will be the 3rd time I've wasted my entire lunch break (25 minutes) just waiting for someone to take my order .. this is the worst McDonald's as far as service that I've ever had to deal with .. late night crew needs to pick up the pace a bit.
Food was dry to much salt on the double cheeseburger Had know onions on the cheeseburger Prices are way too high If they don't do anything about the prices (lowering there prices I'm going to stop going there and believe me I have gone there my hole live) I liked it when you could get a dollar breakfast burrito her dollar cheeseburger $1 drink So expensive anymore muscle but buy a steak dinner Spain a few more dollars for a steak dinner then you're at McDonald's McDonald's is pretty place and a fun place to go now you can't afford it

With the cost of fast food now you would think McDonald's would ensure the quality and quantity of there items. The fish sandwich is just slopped together. Making it messy with no napkins. Everytime we order from here the staff never fill up the fries enough.

Their service is commendable, and the staff demonstrates professionalism and courtesy. However, there appears to be a discrepancy between the online policy regarding parking duration and the actual practice at this franchise location. It would be beneficial if they could clarify these rules more explicitly to avoid any confusion or inconvenience for customers. I was informed that I could only remain in their parking lot for a maximum of one hour. However, if I were to repeatedly return and make small purchases, I would be in violation of their regulations and risk having the police call on me. McDonald's, the corporation, and their food. I feel like Taco Bell has more concern about the health of their food than McDonald's does. Do the research!

Yeah, they messed up on my order and gave me the wrong sandwich. I came back to get it replaced after I drove back to work. Didn’t say they were sorry acted like it was inconvenient. I’ve been going Here twice a week because my Works down the street for about five years I may be done with the place. How do you not say or sorry and act like a jerk when you messed up
