I usually stop by this McDonald’s for meal deals, but too often my orders are wrong. The main issue is that they frequently forget to include the nuggets and the fries that come with my meals. It’s frustrating to pay for something and then have to go back inside to get what I ordered.
When I come in to get the mistake fixed, one of the employees just shakes his head at me like I’m the problem, when really it was the order that got messed up in the first place. Customers shouldn’t have to feel like they’re being blamed for pointing out a mistake.
I hope the management can pay more attention to accuracy and customer service. Mistakes happen, but the way they’re handled makes all the difference.

Terrible McDonald’s. Took over 15 minutes to get cold food. The sweet tea and unsweetened were mixed up. They threw my food on the counter and didn’t give me my drink. When I asked the next person if I could have my drink she was super irritated to take 5 seconds to give me my cup. Plenty of other McDonald’s in the area that can get things right. Avoid this one

Your average McDonald's. Pretty good food. Took a bit to get our order, but understandable because of the lunch rush.
Really great service, had a missed item on the order and the fixed it right up and we bought more food. The kids tore it up and everything was on point. I'd give em a five but for food but I struggle doing that for any chain. As for for atmosphere that tactile lighted table is awesome, great atmosphere, lobby, and front end service. Having done that work myself I know it ain't easy being cheesy, well done folks.
