VERY long wait, waited for 30 minutes and ultimately left due to not getting my food. Two employees were standing around apologizing for the wait, while not doing anything to fix it.

Went through the drive-thru and had a poor experience. Believe the employee's name was Amanda (she might have even been a manager) but she took our card for payment then asked for payment again and borderline argued with us when we told her we already gave her our card. We had to tell her several times before she looked over to the cash register and saw our card sitting there. We then asked for an extra bbq sauce and she told us no, that a 6 piece nugget only comes with one and you have to pay for more, but said we had to request extra at the time of ordering, and wouldn't let us pay for it at the window. Her commitment to telling us no and arguing let a very poor impression.
