Messed up the order and the order taker in drive thru was super rude and not at all a good person to greet the customer. Their iced coffees are very good though. Overall, food is okay, service is minimal, and not the best experience.

I ordered in drive-thru, there was a white guy in light brown hoodie. When I was making an order I asked him to just give me a moment he was not paying an attention without any patience at all and I stopped at the first window to pay for my order. Same guy who was very rude when I gave the latest generated promotional code he was just lying and said it was expired. Such a rude guy and such an aweful experience. I don't prefer this store again.

No offense to the workers, but one time when i came here me and my family ordered our food, waited 30 minutes to get it and, oh my god, it was horrible my dad ordered a burger and the patty was pink, same with my mom, my sister ordered 2 cheese burgers only ketchup and they put everything on them both, I ordered 2 Mc chickens with mayo and lettuce, had lettuce no mayo on ether of them and when i went to the register i asked for mayo on them and they brought me another Mc chicken with no mayo so i went back to the register and asked for a mayo packet for the Mc chickens and after a 10 minute wait they gave me a quarter pounder box with mayo instead of mayo packets, they fixed this problem but never had the chance to write about it until now.

Terrible customer service experience. Had problems with the app and even more with the staff, except the girl at the counter who was the only pleasant one working there. My app order wouldn't pull up in my phone and a worker gave the impression they were going to help only to work on something else and just leave us standing there for several minutes until I asked about it again. I had my receipt on my phone but apparently that isn't good for anything if they can't locate your order.
