I ordered two dinners Togo on my birthday!
Upon arrival to pick up my dinners, I was informed they no longer honor the birthday discount for to go orders,
I said, thank you turned around and left…….
we went to North star last night and it was where we would go with my dad every year for his birthday dinner, he passed away two years ago and ever since then my family and I still go on his birthday and take a picture of him and sit on the table. The manager came around and asked about the picture, and I told her the story and then later our waitress brought out a dessert with a candle in honor of him, it was so very thoughtful and made it a very special moment, they went above...
Very disappointed. We have visited North Star for years for our birthdays. Always great food and service. Today not the case. Server was attentive but overall serve very slow. Hash browns were burnt and had to request another order. Just disappointed.
