Great food and atmosphere. Super friendly, helpful people working there.
Stubled upon this small gem in topeka looking for a good place to eat with my wife and was entreged by the building and once we stepped in and were greated by the wonderful warmth and kindness of the owner. And got a gluten free pizza and loved it. It is now my wife's favorite place to eat. The food is great. We just had to get another to go to share with familyNot only do they offer the most amazing thin crust pizza but they do gluten free on all pizzas on the menuTotally worth your time checking outPS get the waffle fries with it and it makes one great meal
We had the sweet heat BBQ pizza and toasted ravioli! It was delicious!
Great pizza! Hot and fast with great service.
Fantastic and welcoming atmosphere and very friendly staff. We where greeted and sat immediately. The sever went over the menu with us. The food came out extremely quick. We ordered the toasted ravioli and the Roni and Rizo pizza. Honestly this was the best pizza I’ve had in Topeka. The crust was crispy and the toppings were perfectly balanced. This will definitely be our new favorite pizza place. I can’t wait to go back.
Really good, shared the Birria, BBQ chicken and the Italian with my family. All were so good. Will definitely come back when we are in town. Laid back atmosphere and great service.
Most excellent. An inventive, satisfying fusion of Mexican and Italian flavors. We were told the drinking situation is currently BYOB, no corkage, and we like that quite a bit. There's outdoor seating, too, which is ideal for the pandemic era.Although neither my wife nor I believed ourselves to be keen on thin-crust pizza, the grub we had here forced us to reassess our outlook. We had the birria pizza and the sweet chili trio pizza. The birria is inventive and worth the trip alone. The sweet chili trio is even better, I think -- a contrasting play of tastes and textures and all that standard food-talk-type stuff. Two pies is a lot of food, so we took the remainder home. Reheated for supper, it was just as pleasing.NOTO needs new faces, new approaches, and we hope Thin and Crisp can be among the vanguard in that endeavor.
Delicious food and friendly staff. So glad to have them in Noto and can’t wait to come in one night to enjoy their beautiful patio.
The pizza was very good with a nice thin crust and great flavor! The place itself was a little hard to find, but we're glad we got there!
The Buff Guy and Sweet Chili Trio are my favs. Plus the chicken sammy is great for non pizza option.

First time there and it was amazing. Great, very unique pizzas!
Amazing lunch! So happy I stopped by. The food was delish and the service was great!
Went here for the first time. Pizza was the best I have tasted in a long time. So much better than the big chains. Service was great. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family.
This place is a trash! It’s very unhygienic. Once you see their kitchen prep area, you hope to not get sick. Their pizza are joke! $14 for a tiny pizza with hardly any toppings. Complete waste of money. This is not an authentic place they claim. It’s run by novice employees.
I went to this restaurant because I heard it had just opened, and I had a Buff Guys pizza along with a tiramisu for dessert. It was absolutely fantastic and the service was great! They’re full of young staff that are very passionate about their job. Would recommend going anytime!
