While the ambiance is typical Italian restaurant the menu is limited but the dishes are fairly well prepared. A little pricey for a chain bit still affordable.

Worst experience at the O.G period...hair stuck to plate first round second time reordered it and yet again hair on plate ... and never received our order drink ...

Placed our order at 530 for delivery on their app. 800 call to find out where our food is at because the app said an hour and a half. Called three times as I kept getting transferred and placed on hold, with no one picking up again. Finally get told by someone it would be 45 minutes to an hour before our food was even ready. They were already an hour late and made no attempt to attempt to make a correction. Horrible customer service.

Even with 4 children, we received excellent service, she was polite and quick to respond to any requests

Our server Rick was really great if I had more money to spare I would have given him a huge tip he made our drinks and they where the best drinks I’ve had there in a long time he gave us everything we requested he made sure our food was hot he stayed on top of everything and made our experience great he brought our kids food out first I appreciate that because a lot of servers don’t do that I felt real comfortable with his service but if I can describe the best waiter it would be him he’s not afraid to interact with the customer this is the best service I’ve had in a long time there thank you Rick for your service and patience

You should have never taken the Steak Gorganzola off the menu. It was my favorite dish and brought me in all the time. When I heard it was back; I was so excited and came in ASAP. And it's nowhere NEAR the same. Different type of beef (had a faint liver taste to it), the flavor profile is TOTALLY different, it was incredibly salty. Not good, at all. I'm so disappointed, and I guess I'm back to my five year habit of avoiding this restaurant at all cost.

Good food, but very slow service.

Service was good, but food tasted old and bad. Was better cold the next day than fresh. And expensive. Nice staff though

Went in on new years eve.. they were slammed so slower service to be expected. Waiter was doin the best he could. The food was horrible, seemed like everything had been frozen and then the reheated for supper. Everything we had could be replicated by the freezer section at Walmart.
