This is my first time visiting Topeka and ordering from here. After we placed the order online a woman called bc we asked for extra onions. She wanted to know how much we wanted to pay for extra onions as of there was extra onions tiers! She asked if $1 worth was good. We agreed. We get home with the food the rice is dry, lukewarm and we cant even see the first allowed amount of onions to be able to determine what the $1 EXTRA was supposed to look like! We also ordered an order of sweet and sour shrimp. The order was subpar! Wasn't warm and the sauce seemed as though it had been on the shrimp. Definitely wasted my hard earned money here. The egg rolls were crispy and greasy filled with CABBAGE...I would much rather get some frozen Chinese microwave meals than order from here again!

Ordered to go food. Chicken was tough, noodles overcooked and sweet sour sauce was like water. We have ordered in the past and it was great. Just not this time. I didn’t call the restaurant to fix this due to living out of town and we didn’t realize what the food was like until we were home.

We just ordered carry out. We live within blocks and food was cold by time we got home. Like it had been sitting for a while. Sweet and sour chicken . Chicken all clumped together. Chicken chewy and tasteless . Fried rice cold and bland. Very disappointed because it has always been our go to place.
Wanted a quick Asian fusion. Delicious food order consisted of Dinner Sesame Chicken w Egg Roll and Rice and Dinner: Beef bulgogi w Fried Rice w Egg Roll, Fried Dumplings and Wontons. amazing !! 5/5. Great service quick and fast and beautiful atmosphere

My girlfriend and I tried this on 9/15/24 and I was excited because she had never tried it and I’ll never come back after this staff was not friendly whatsoever except when we left had to put both soy sauce and salt on my noodles because they were bland as can be and tried telling them but still ended up paying full price so yeah oriental express you can take your food and shove it
