I had a good experience dining in before, but my recent delivery order was very disappointing. The General Tso’s chicken was blackish on the inside and didn’t seem fresh, and the fried rice had a strange taste. This was very different from the quality I experienced in person.

Tried it 3 times. All 3 times, food was unusually fast, as if premade. Dishes did not taste anything like the dishes we ordered. Chicken was soggy and flavorless. Lo Mein was like cheap spaghetti noodles with a tablespoon of oyster sauce dumped on it. “Spicy beef” dumplings was not beef, it was pork, and not spicy, and the dumpling was leathery which means it was ALL precooked. I would rather buy local but this is not for me. Sorry.

Went there on Christmas day and the place was packed! They had a full crew in the kitchen and the dining area so service was as fast and friendly as any other day. I love the Oriental Express!🙂😊

Used to be my favorite in town. Was refused service at 8:35 tonight when the hours are until 9. I have worked in customer service all my life. If someone came into my establishment right at 9, they’d get my service because that what I advertised. Joy Wok for the extra win! I hope they put you guys out of business!

Obviously they can't train new stuff how to take orders properly, nvr came to see if everything was correct when the new server took our order and one came over to double check our order and did t put my husband's order in horrible and pathetic so listen to the lady go find another job actually all of you sucked

November 2025 Panang Chicken. Dry. Lacked spice to make it a hot curry. Extremely short of broth. Was more like a stir fry. Will not be buying my Panang from this location again. They once had a cook that knew how to make Panang. This is a favorite dish at our home. Worst I have ever tasted.
