Well the 1st time i went in, i went to the counter, was looked at and the tip cup i didnt notice at all was snatched as if i had intentions on stealing. Kinda hurt my feelings because i really love the food and appreciate the people that work there. So i dont go in any longer but i do drive thru and its really really fast and efficient. I appreciate the same people u always see and i add a lil extra to the tip jar to show im not one that would tale anything from anyone. Great place besides that one issue. I try to look at it from the other point of view...i dont know what has happened that would make the 1st interaction go like that...maybe some knucklehead has stole from them before, so i didnt let it stop me from returning. Foods authentic to me and majority of the time other then that one time service has been superb👌🏿

Gerardo’s been coming here for years and it’s not the same any more food is lacking flavor the customer service is lacking major. Get people who care about their job it might be a better experience. This place use to be good not anymore. Gerardo’s c’mon focus stay in ur own lane. Please get it together - from a local fan

Since the food is ALWAYS freshly made upon order, please don't expect to get thru the drive up line quickly. If you respect that process, the food is always hot and outstanding. Drive thru line is kinda narrow....the good always outweighs the bad. It is definitely my most visited restaurant.
Great food. Ordered a steak torta which I highly recommend. Added beans to it and it was delicious. Good prices.

I don't usually go through this area but just passed by one early morning and realize that Pancho's had a new name, therefore a new restaurant! I went about what I was doing and then I was hungry so I thought I would go try it out! But first I decided to look it up online and I read the reviews. Then I decided to absolutely not try it out! Just look at the pictures and compare the prices from 3 years ago, a year ago, and a month ago! No way am I going to pay those prices! Then look at the pictures, especially the burrito with the french fries in it. And be sure to read the recent reviews too. Omg! Pass!

I haven't been inside Gerardo's, so I can't give a rating for the atmosphere yet. Food is very good. Seems you get a lot of food for your money's worth even though money for the prices has gone up a bit.
Dietary restrictions: I like to order the Bacon breakfast burrito, and to help reduce my carb intake, I order it without potatoes for keto. The tortilla helps keep the food inside hot by the time I get home and settled inside. One time I ordered it without the tortilla, and the food got a bit cooler faster, but still was hot enough to enjoy, just didn't have to wait as long to get it cooled down .
