Went in today. The guy cut him self and was going to reuse the knife to cut my food. Asked if he could use a diffrent knife since cut himself. Need to retrain your people on food safety.

I believe it was the manager, very tall brunette hair, he has been so friendly and he works to provide excellent customer service. He takes extra time to listen to and accommodate a diner.

The staff is outstanding and food is good. The problem is the management, tables never get cleaned, and they are always out of items management doesn’t order. In the past few weeks they have ran out of: Cups - Soup - Cream Cheese - Milk - Juice and today they have no napkins! Those are just what I’m aware of.

Serving size was horrible. I literally had a teaspoon of cranberry chicken walnut salad in my half sandwich. Restaurant was filthy. Tables were not being bussed despite staff standing around. Apathetic workers

Ordered bagels for a client meeting They were supposed to be picked up at 845 at the rapid shelf. Of course. They weren't there when I got there at 9 o'clock. So once I got them, the cream cheese was not what I ordered, and the bagels were burnt. I was so embarrassed, I called corporate, they told me they were not gonna refund my card. But they would give me a thirty five dollars in store credit! ridiculous!!!!

Scheduled a pickup online and when we showed up the order wasn't even in their system. Food was ok but pretty generic and they also served French onion soup as the dip for my French onion dip instead of au jus!

The Topeka store is unacceptably dirty. Every service counter, every table, the bubbler drink machine, etc all need a deep cleaning and scrubbing. There was food and garbage left on the floor, the tile floors were filthy, and the walls and windows have not been cleaned in months, at least. I love Panera, but this location is too dirty for me to come back. The employees were super friendly and the food was good, but we won’t be back until this location gets a top to bottom cleaning.

Since becoming a Rewards member, i have visited a lot of locations. I must say my experience at this location was stellar because the employee who greeted me. Giovanni had a great personality, perfect for someone feeding me coffee early in the morning. Thank you for getting my day started.
