Ordered food an hour ahead and it’s been 20 min since it’s supposed to be ready and I am still waiting at the restraint. No spoons or forks for the to go orders and I ordered soup so that’s a little annoying too. Overall not great service

Had not been there in awhile, though we'd try it again.
The place needs a thorough cleaning!
The ceiling vents are terrible, food ground into the carpet, needed vacuuming.
It's too bad, that turned me away again.
Management needs to get this place back into order now.

I'm usually a big fan but last week the service was lacking, it was freezing cold inside, there was loud horseplay from the back, and the restroom was disgusting with leaked water all over the floor and neither stall had a purse hook ☹️
